First off the establishment in the dinning area was dirty, one employee was mopping the floor and had not even swept the floor yet. Mopping food was what he was doing. Far as the food, the tuna was dry as the dessert ground and they give you very little. Then to add injury to insult another employee had some gloves on and was fooling with the bathroom door trying to open it and then went to fooling with the food with the same gloves on.. How nasty is that? They have lazy nasty people working there and management is sorry also. Will never go back there again.

Great folks, good food, quick service and clean. But... establishment should consider its recycling effectiveness. There were two portals (one for recycling and one for landfill / trash), but only one can below. Not very effective if the trash and recycling are mixed. It is possible that their service provider accepts mixed waste.

The restaurant is clean and employees are friendly, however, i tried to use coupons 2 times and they didn’t work. The first time they said that it’s expired, knowing that it’s valid till 12/31/2023, and the second time they said that there is an error. I used the coupons in different subways and they worked normally. They can simply put a poster that they don’t accept coupons and this way i can go to another subway when i have coupons.

I placed an order through DoorDash. I called them because it stated on the app if I wanted to add special instructions to call them directly. This guy answered the phone and I told him to add something on my sandwich since it wouldn't let me do it on the app. He said i have your order here. I don't understand what you're saying and hung up on me. I called again didn't pick up. Then I called again he said to me I can't help you. I asked him for his name and he hung up on me. What kind of customer service is this. !!??? I called again and requested to speak to the manager he said we have no manager and hung up on me.

Seemed like the guy was new but about 2" of my sandwhich didn't have chicken for the "elite chicken bacon ranch" don't know what's elite about it, the serving size doesn't even fit the foot long? I asked for more chicken and he just scooted some chicken over .

There were very busy when I arrived. There was an older lady at the counter. There was another person there, but she was working on take out orders. So it was only this lady preparing the food for the 4 customers that were in line. In spite of this when it was my turn to order. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted, she was patient and friendly. My sandwich was perfectly toasted and delicious.

Not alot of cleanliness at this location. The girl making sandwiches never once changed her gloves, she picked up trash, checked people out, and then went right back to making everyone's sandwiches with same gloves she did everything else with. After seeing the cleanliness of the bathrooms as well as the counter they store the ingredients in, I was less than surprised. Don't think I'll be going back to this location.
