Sandwiches are barely ever toasted, and even when put in the toaster they never come out totally warm. Also the employees repeatedly cannot follow online instructions, and always mess something, or multiple things up-- ex. Light onions does not mean a pound of onions.

Me and my cousin went Friday 10th around 8:20 we had a coupon and I told her since the beginning towards the end when I was about to pay I asked if it’s ready for me to scan the coupon she said that it doesn’t work and I can’t use it till next Sunday that that’s what her manger told her. Which makes no sense cs I went to another subway and they accepted it. They were very rude saying that we just want to eat free.. when that’s not the case we have a coupon why wouldn’t we use it and what they were saying made no sense. Then they told us too leave and one went to the door to kick us out. They didn’t try to solve the situation. Horrible customer service.

Floor was dirty, workers only spoke to each other in Spanish without communicating with me. Employee dropped bread cutting knife on the floor rinsed it off with just water and continued cutting bread. The turkey was shredded not sliced and the vegetables were soggy.

I came in here & was greeted . Yet the service was horrible. I had 1 Mexican couple in front of me who constantly kept staring at me whether I went to get chips look at the drink & order my food . Yet one of the ladies & the couples ( not knowing I know Spanish as a black 24 year old ) starting making jokes about me & laughing. I continued to order my food & was given 4 cucumbers & 4 pickles on a footlong sandwhich was very horrible & I will be disputing this 17.00 transaction thank you

Awesome place to grab a delicious sandwich whenever I am craving a quick bite! They employees there are nice and do their best to make your sandwich correctly. The location is clean inside and over all a nice experience.

I visited this location with my mom in the early afternoon. It was completely quiet with only one customer ahead of us, so there was no excuse for the poor service we received. We had some Subway coupons, and my mom tried to order an Italian BMT—forgetting that it’s now listed under a different name. At every other location we've been to, employees have had no problem understanding and honoring the order.

Instead, the young woman working that day was flat-out rude. She refused to make the sandwich and forced my mom to pick something else. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she made the sandwich carelessly—despite there being no crowd or pressure to rush.

When it was my turn, I was met with the same cold, disrespectful attitude. She even made a snide comment about my sandwich because I didn’t want all the toppings. Completely unnecessary and inappropriate. I didn’t say anything in the moment, but the experience left a bad impression.

We won’t be returning to this location, and I genuinely hope management addresses the customer service here—because that kind of treatment is unacceptable.

I placed an order on the SUBWAY app. I specifically ordered a #10 Club sandwich with 50% more meat a coke and chips. Paid $21. The order was for delivery so SUBWAY delivers through Doordash. I have absolutely no contact or decision on the delivery method. Order is delivered and my husband gets s Tuna sandwich, which he HATES Tuna and thought I was pranking him. He eats half of it because he was hungry and throws the other half away. When he came home laughs at my joke which I had no idea on. I called the rest yesterday around 6pm talk to Jasmine, she calls her Manager Elvira who tells her that I need to call Doordash because they cannot do anything. Really? I called again this morning to talk to Elvira a d explain I placed the order with SUBWAY not Doordash. I dont even have a Doordash order to reference and she proceeds to state again it is not her problem to solve. TERRIBLE MANAGER AND SHE IS TRAINING PEOPLE THE SAME WAY!!!
