We're out here and we get to Subway at
8:43pm. I told her why they're closed if it's not 9pm and she pointed out that he was cleaning. So why don't they say there's a certain time they attend for you not to waste time.Starbucks is also cleaning and serving. What a bad service for this meal, it's a shame they hire this kind of staff.

I went into the store and the ceiling was leaking, I assume from the air conditioning. It was pouring down from several areas behind the counter and on the counter. The employee looked over it, saying that this has been a problem for about a week and nobody has come out to fix it. Could not bring myself to eat the sandwich after watching the ceiling water drop on the ingredients as I paid for the sandwich. I've eaten here before and it was fine, but this was unacceptable.

Slow online service no greeting employee super slow and inefficient. Counter looked dirty as well . Did not eat my footling i threw it out . Tried to get a refund but no one would answer the phone . Food is also trash . Bread was stale as well .

Food was great . My poor cashier must be having worst day of her life because this was the worst service I have ever received. Store was not busy so it wasn't that. Had to finally get other cashier to give my cup after 5 min of asking and having lady walk past me. She acted like extra teriyaki sauce was killing her so 10 times of asking for extra and getting half a squirt.
The other cashier is awesome and gave me a little container of sauce and SMILED!

Worst subway!!! The 2 lady's that work there are lazy, and never want to make my order "because they didn't get it. " I order through the online website and I sow them conformation and the monet already taken from my account but because they "didn't get a ticket" they won't give me my food.

I never went to the restaurant but this subway is horrible to order from. The sandwiches that I’ve gotten delivered always look strange and unappetizing. Also, they don’t seem to care to put exactly what you ordered on the sub. I have the subway app, and unfortunately, anytime I order it gets sent to my closest location which would be this one (17735 249)

They clearly need to be proactive instead of reactive.
They made the last meatball for a customer who was ahead of me by about 4 customers. Instead of them realizing they had no more and needed to prepare some more, they waited until I ordered to say "no more"...
Ummm..... I just stood in line for 20 minutes, so go to the back and prepare some.
WHY would subway (employees) expect someone to come in and order something other than what they want at 1:40 in the afternoon. It's not close to closing time ...so, fix the problem.
Then the customer service is horrible.
When they realize I actually wanted meatball...then they say "15 minutes". Okay... I've been here 24 minutes...so what's 15 more minutes.
Geesh.

The lady working that day was VERY RUDE for no reason! My 7yrs old son needed to use the restroom while we waiting for our food and she said she couldn’t open them.. when a few minutes later did end up opening them. I order my food online and they weren’t how I asked for, I nicely asked her to fix it and she was rude! Been to other locations and have never had such a bad experience
