Actually, this location needs to be closed and handed over to someone else who knows how to communicate with customers and understands hospitality. It seems many people here lack customer service skills, which is becoming a problem in our communities. They operate businesses here but lack a connection to the community, leading to a lack of respect for local customers who live and work in these areas.

I highly doubt they know what hospitality is. This seems to be independently owned. Absolutely no smiles when you walk in it’s like a jail.
They have extremely low reviews and I see why. Stop by for a quick tuna sub. How can you mess that up right? Lol
When I got back to my car to eat it, my teeth couldn’t even get through the bread. It was toasted so hard.
Immediately I went back inside and kindly asked 1911 To remake the sandwich.
Never once did anybody apologize, Offer a free cookie or beverage. Or even thank you for your business.
The sandwich was definitely made with hate lol Waste of $7 I ended up throwing it in the garbage

We're out here and we get to Subway at 8:43pm. I told her why they're closed if it's not 9pm and she pointed out that he was cleaning. So why don't they say there's a certain time they attend for you not to waste time.Starbucks is also cleaning and serving. What a bad service for this meal, it's a shame they hire this kind of staff.
