9105 W. Sam Houston Pkwy store is by far the best Subway in my area! I go everyday for 2 subs and I am always greeted with a smile and the freshest bread always! The store is always clean and the workers are always so nice! I even drive past other subways just to come to this one! Absolutely the best!

I quit going to Subway when I was living in Cypress. The Subway there on Barker was consistently horrible. I had the pleasure of placing an online order at this location (I live in JV now) and it was the best sub I've ever had from Subway. The shop was immaculate, the food was fresh and delicious. IMO, way better than the Potbelly across the tollway and WAY cheaper.

I ordered twice from here using doordash, and I asked for footlong twice, but both orders gave me 6'inch? Why? A family member ordered here and got what they wanted perfectly but for me they only gave me 6 inch instead of footlong

There are two very sweet ladies who were very helpful and patient with our order today at around 1:30 PM. There was a very entitled and rude customer giving one of the workers a hard time with their order but she was still very patient and diligent. Great service from both of them. I wish them both nothing but the best!

One star, I put in my order at 11 to be ready at 12:40, wasn’t, it was made not toasted like I asked , brought it back and let them know it wasn’t , the lady processed to just toast the whole sandwich lettuce , tomato’s and all and hand the sandwich back to me

To the kind man who made my sandwich around 1pm today, THANK YOU FOR CREATING THE BEST SUB I’VE EVER EATEN FROM SUBWAY. This lunch was the pick me up I needed after trudging through work this morning and wowza did this man deliver. Just look at the SIZE of this beauty and the perfect distribution of toppings. I’m in awe. And deeply in gratitude.

Online order was made they didn't put one of the sandwiches in the bag when I called to get a refund the guy only spoke Spanish I asked to speak to someone that could speak English he hung up on me and each time I called back he didn't answer until I blocked my number then he answered I asked to speak to a manger he said no I said yes manger please he said no I asked is there someone who speaks English working he said no I'm like so you understand me because your answering everything I'm saying. Worst service ever from subway terrible terrible. I told him he knows he forgot my sandwich and he knows what I'm saying he just hung up on me again!

If you want anything from this subway you have to go and show them what you want. Either A) they’re illiterate or B) they just don’t care. Have done curbside pick up 4 times at this location and they have managed to tragically mess the sandwiches up every time. Nice people but bad “sandwich artists”
