Told the cashier I just wanted the sandwich, she charged me then proceeded to cancel it and told me she would give me the special that came with a free drink and chips. Checked my receipt and saw she charged me for the meal. Thats dead wrong but this location has been removed from my list for life.

Today I ordered a sandwich for pickup during my work break and had a really uncomfortable experience with a lady she had glasses and was older. When I walked in, the employee was in the back and threw her hands up and shook her head at me before even speaking. I told her I was picking up an order for Brianna, and she said it wasn’t ready and told me to sit down. I said oh okay I’ll wait, She then said she hadn’t even started the order yet and again told me to sit down. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, especially since I had ordered online for pickup. Things escalated from there, and when I asked for a refund, she began making the sandwich while being sarcastic, asking how I wanted it made even though the order details were already submitted.
As I was leaving, I tried to apologize for the tension bc maybe she just had a bad day, but the response felt unprofessional and uncomfortable she said you took it the wrong way I’m sorry I love you and kept repeating herself as a elderly women. I’m a 18-year-old working a 10.5-hour shift, and I simply needed to grab my food and return to work. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend picking up or ordering here i talked to my coworkers and I’m not taking it personal apparently she does this all time someone is very miserable with their life.

So This is the second time I've came to this location around 10 am and they have no iced tea brewed... the guy tells me that subway has stopped brewing ice tea and all locations which sounds crazy.. I dont know if hes lying to me because he doesn't wanna make ice tea in the morning.. I have no idea but I definitely won't get a combo if they dont have ice tea brewed.. and I dont like being lied to over something so ridiculous so hopefully hes not

This is my last time coming to this location. If you want to taste more bread than anything, then this is your place to come! I ordered a very regular tuna sandwich, and the young lady barely put any meat on the sandwhich. And when I asked her to just simply add a bit more, she wanted to charge $1.50. Look, I understand the up-charge, but I did not even receive what I reasonably thought should have been the bare minimum. And the issue was not the cost of upcharge, but moreso the mere principal that I was being given less than the norm. All I requested was a normal amount, I was not looking for excess. But no worries, I will drive the extra miles to another location to avoid this again!

There’s 2 ladies always working, I know one her name is Leticia and she is so sweet and welcoming and she seems to be doing everything every single time I come in, on the other hand the other lady has a stank face and ugly attitude and is just only and ALWAYS sitting down at the register. Leticia needs a raise since she’s doing both of their jobs.

I arrived to order my food and the young worker seemed to be on drugs, he looked disoriented and aggressive, as well as slow and could not be understood when he tried to talk to us, sad that they hire that kind of workers, they should continue hiring people of appropriate age and attitude.
