The lady working was talking in her ear buds not even listening to my order I felt rush didn't change her glove when help you man on register continue to make my subway was getting huffy bout the amount I veggie then just handed me my subways didn't even offer me no bag I would for manger reach out to me

Extremely Disappointed – Serious Hygiene & Customer Service Issues

I’ve made several attempts to resolve this—calling the store, asking to speak with someone—but no one ever follows up. After checking other Google reviews, I see I’m not alone in having issues with Amánda.

What happened during my recent visit was completely unacceptable. Amánda threw a mayonnaise bottle into the spinach tub and didn’t clean it off or replace the contaminated ingredients. That’s a clear food safety violation and shows complete disregard for customer health.

What’s worse is that while her coworkers were trying to take our order professionally, she kept interrupting them and taking over—acting like she’s in charge and dismissing both customers and her team. It created an uncomfortable and chaotic experience.

This location used to be a regular stop for my family, but we won’t be returning. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and behavior go unchecked. I’ve now started going to the Subway near 290 and Jones, where I hope customer service and cleanliness are taken more seriously.

Service at this location is always horrible. Amanda had horrible customer service. If she's not able to give good or great customer service she should not be taking orders. She acted as if she couldn't hear me and took disregard. She had to be asked to change her gloves which that should be apart of the training given. After each sandwich or salad change gloves, its about being clean. I've changed location because there's always an issue with this specific location. Either it's the rudeness if the workers cleanliness, or them closing an hour earlier with the lights still on but door locked. Never knew subway closed at 8 🤔

Will never order here again . Obviously doesnt care about quality . seems like they serve week old bread . pay for extra dont get extra … insane … Gross . Calling corporate to come and show them the standards of freshness . Cause what they sell is not fresh

The Indian order maker that works at this Subway location is very rude & disrespectful. He also barely puts any food & ingredients on the sandwiches, he is the only awful e.ployee at that location the other employees are polite & professional. He needs to be terminated has no customer service skills & is nasty for no reason.

I went to get a sandwich and I said pepper jack cheese and toasted. They put turkey and I said I didn't want turkey cause I'm vegetarian so I said I didn't ask for that. I was nice I wasn't rude with how I said he proceeds to argue with me that I did say turkey. I say again I didn't ask for that I only said pepper jack cheese he argues again that I did say turkey and then finally he throws the other sandwich in the trash all angery and I hadn't even been rude to him cause I knew he misheard me and its a simple mistake even I could make. The employee basically made me feel bad for him mishearing what I said and made me feel like I did something wrong. Its very disrespectful behavior especially when I'm being polite to you. I work in food industry I don't mind of mistake but at least be kind towards your customers.

The franchise owner has to hire nicer people!!!
The lady that attended to me refused to speak in Spanish when I placed my order!!
She needs to improve her customer service, my concerns was not only the language but also her attitude!!
A customer arrived after me speaking in Spanish !!! What a surprise the employee spoke to her in Spanish!!!

I thought she was from India when she refused to speak my native language!!
Her attitude was very bad!!
