Handful of times I've been here theres an employee sitting on a chair just telling people "only cash" as they walk in. No greeting or anything resembling human interaction.

I went in for a 6 inch and the employee pulled out a 6 inch cut roll, cut 2 more inches off, and discarded it. I couldn't believe it and walked out. I am calling Subway corporate to report this. What a waste.

I don’t know what’s been going on with this location, but it’s been closed during lunch hours almost every day, and then randomly open on some. I went today, open sign was on so I was relieved but I get to the door and it’s locked, a couple minutes later a woman in a subway uniform walks up, I asked if they were open she proceeds to unlock the door, says no, then goes inside and locks it back. I won’t waste my time again.

This place used to be great. Lately, they’ve been providing subpar service, and even closing before it stated. Went today and it was closed 1.5 hours before stated closing hours.

My brother and I arrived at this place and the lady was on her phone while we battled with the other man because he doesn't speak Spanish. When she finished, she told the young man that she was going to serve us and it turns out that they didn't even heat my brother's bread. He ate it cold and the glasses for the drink were not given to us by the lady and we paid for them and we had to ask the young man for them. What I want to convey is that if there is no desire to serve the public and with these people in front, it is not nothing pleasant to return to this place. How unpleasant it is to be treated like this.

This place is a joke. Everytime I go in and order a philly its like they dont know what goes on it, never want to do 2x cheese as the menu says it should have or are just plain rude. Today I made the mistake of ordering on Ubereats, ordered a foot long sandwich, received half of a sandwich, ordered the chipotle chips, received something else. Do yourself a favor and travel 1/2 mile down the road to a better location.

$13 for a 12" sandwich and bag of chips with no drink. Just not worth it. Overpriced bland sandwich.

It is absolutely ridiculous to have a food service in America where NO ONE speaks English!! I was just at this location and the young man has a faint grasp of English but the woman was reduced to gesticulating and trying to sound out words. I tried for a few minutes to convey what I wanted but she did not understand at all and I had enough. Shame on you for employing these people.

This is the worst Subway location around. I'll order well ahead of time on the app, and I won't get my order until I stand in line. I put in the order at 1:10, I'm told in the app it'll be READY by 1:25, I walk in at 1:25 and then I'm forced to wait in line behind everyone else despite already paying for my food. Today, I didn't walk out the door with food in hand until 1:42. It shouldn't take 32 minutes for a sandwich.

Worst service from a Subway I have ever had. Never coming back. Especially because of the workers. Rude staff especially from the lady. Shut down this Subway location and replace it with something else.

Went in for cookies and they wouldn’t sell them to me (when I saw many cookies in the case) due to an online order. I was asked to order them online instead. I would think in-store customers had priority. Bad customer service all around. The manager just stood there looking at me sideways. Worst Subway in town.

Quick service with everyone smiling and getting your order right the first time promptly.The establishment was clean, the tea was well brewed, and the staff was kind. Would definitely recommend.
Employees there are very rude. They messed up my order. Don’t recommend this restaurant. Don’t care about their customers and they make you feel like you’re taking advantage of. Very very rude and mean. Don’t recommend this location go at the next one for better service.

The older hispanic lady who works morning/afternoons is always rude and rushing you to make a decision on veggies without customers waiting. Forget about asking for a receipt just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER
