I ordered a double meat, double cheese, sub online. Went to pick it up and saw that they were making the second one for my coworker. It looked very sparse on meat and vegetables. Coworker didn't think the guy put the double meat on it, but he said he did. Git back to office and my sub was the thinnest I had ever seen at a Subway. Not enough vegitables to even cover the bread. No double cheese or meat. Went back and complained. Apparently the guy that made our subs was new and didn't speak enough English to understand what we were asking him when we asked oubut our double meat and cheese. He talked for about a minute to the other lady that worked there in Spanish, listing out the items he put on our subs. The lady said he was new and made me another sub the way it was supposed to be made.

Do not order from this place they do not make the sandwiches correct they dip you on the ingredients but charge you for them. I am not happy with this restaurant. This is the second time I’ve gone to them to be remade. I will never return again the employees obviously do not know how to make the sandwich’s

I ordered a classic turkey sub. I didn't notice until after I got my receipt that I was charged for a Titan Turkey. I told the employee their mistake and they told me the classic turkey has been discontinued. This is not true and I know this because after I got back to my office I went onto Subway's website and started the ordering process for this location. Sure enough, the classic turkey was available and cheaper. Furthermore, the bread was stale.

I leave this review only because SAMUEL HERNANDEZ is a great worker! I go there like once a week and he knows my order as soon as I walk in and makes it without me having to even say anything unless I want something extra. He is always sweet and very obliging. He knows all the duties from start to checkout. I just wish he didn't have to oblige all customers by himself at lunch time. The only other person I've seen working there WITH him is a not so pleasant older Hispanic woman that just doesn't seem to care if your there or not. I wouldn't go to this location if Samuel was no longer there.
