Went in for cookies and they wouldn’t sell them to me (when I saw many cookies in the case) due to an online order. I was asked to order them online instead. I would think in-store customers had priority. Bad customer service all around. The manager just stood there looking at me sideways. Worst Subway in town.

Employees there are very rude. They messed up my order. Don’t recommend this restaurant. Don’t care about their customers and they make you feel like you’re taking advantage of. Very very rude and mean. Don’t recommend this location go at the next one for better service.

Edward at Subway provided excellent customer service during my recent visit. I mistakenly selected the wrong bread for my sandwich through the app, but when I kindly asked for a fix, he quickly accommodated my request with a smile. His responsiveness and friendly demeanor made my experience at Subway a pleasant one. Thank you, Edward, for your outstanding service!

The older hispanic lady who works morning/afternoons is always rude and rushing you to make a decision on veggies without customers waiting. Forget about asking for a receipt just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER

I visited on 5/11/23 10:08. There were 2 Hispanic ladies working, Patty and a teenager with thick false eyelashes both of them were rude, no greeting, no sense of urgency, I stood there for awhile before the young lady acknowledge I was there. Not even a I'll be with you in a minute.I had to tell her twice I wanted the no.23 and she still made my order wrong. I observed Patty walking around eating the food as she walked from front to back.Not even a thank you. A customer came in behind me, while I was paying and I observed the same treatment. Who ever owns this location might want to be careful who they hire or lose money. I won't be back.

Horrible. Dude used a dirty piece of paper to make my sandwich, skimped on the meat, distributed the vegetables unevenly, and used a dirty knife to cut my sandwich. He then wrapped it very badly. I have been coming here regularly for a couple years. NEVER coming again.

The lady’s don’t speak or acknowledge me or anyone.The young man working was friendly but that was it. Only reason for 2 instead of 1 star is because the food was amazing. Customer service was MEH

I have been going to this subway for months because it’s convenient but the Hispanic lady with the nose ring was extremely rude. She doesn’t greet you and have a frown on her face like she don’t want to be there. It made me not even want my food anymore. It looks like I gotta drive an extra 5 minutes to the other subway to receive good customer service.

I went in to order a salad. They didnt have any bowls. How do you not have utensils to serve customers? Staff seemed to not care so I just walked out and went somewhere else. Weird.

I walk in and there was only one employee working I'm guessing because I did not see anyone else. She was cleaning or refilling the cup. I walk in no greeting no ill be right with you nothing. The restaurant was empty I was the only person in there. I was awkwardly waiting for about 5min until she came to help me. The transaction was ok she was not rude but she did have the look like she was mad and did not want to be there abd it's understandable if you the only employee working. Overall food was ok just not a pleasant experience.
