This location is out of a lot of things. The worst was no mayo for my sandwich. Only spicy sauces were available and I don’t eat spicy so I had to eat my sandwich dry, so sad!

This subway is running a scam. Try ordering a basic turkey sandwich and everytime they ring up Turkey titan instead which is $1 extra. When you correct them they say it’s the new price for turkey sandwich and that the regular one is discontinued. Management is running a scam here, go to any other subway and they ring up the correct price, the discontinue excuse here is a lie and fraud. It’s sad that you have to order online just to pay the correct price, stealing a $1 on any basic sandwich order adds up.

Terrible service, it is the worst subway I have ever visited, I ordered my order online as usual and I go to pick it up and they tell me that they don't have bread for 20 minutes, what a bad service, now I have to go buy my breakfast on gas, why? My break time is up and I still haven't been able to cancel the order. I call the store and no one answers. Terrible, don't come waste your time here. I had two recent poor experiences with this location. The first was 4 days ago, when I went to pick up the mobile order I gave my name and was handed my food. Something told me to check it before leaving, once I did I realized one of the subs was a 6 inch rather than a footlong. After explaining this to the lady at the register, she briefly argued with me telling me I was wrong and only ordered 1 footlong and 6 inch. After showing her my receipt, she realized she made a mistake and started making the missing 6 inch to give to me.The second poor experience was on tonight where I went to pickup the exact same order as before, gave them my name, but this time the lady at the front didn't speak any English and had to get a 2nd employee to help her. After the two employees spoke with each other, I was told that my order was already picked up. I explained how that was impossible and showed my receipt. Eventually a manger (Ivon) was called and explained that there was nothing they could do other than for her to manually refund my money for the order. The 2nd employee offered to show me the security footage, and I was shown a man coming in and picking up my order. The 2nd employee (Renee) claims that the only explanation is that my Subway account was hacked by someone who lives nearby and was waiting to pick up my food before me, rather than admit that they made a mistake and gave someone else my order.

Topic: Got body (skinny) shamedI love Subway, never had a problem with this location until today. I just went there around 2:30 and two Hispanic ladies were working. One of them took my order while the other one took my boyfriend's order. When we were about to pay, they were talking in Spanish. Little did they know I fluently speak Spanish. The lady had asked her co worker (in Spanish) what was on my sandwich and the other responded it was plain. Then she replied "con razón esta bien delgadita" meaning "no wonder she's so skinny" and the other one said "I know right" and they laughed. I looked at them and when they asked if we wanted any drinks I started to talk to them in Spanish and they were shook that I was understanding every bit of their conversation. Never okay to body shame someone, it's rude and disrespectful.

I pulled up and this specific subway were rude and very unsanitary. I think I heard rats in the ceilings and on top of that my sandwich was cold and raw...Also poor wheelchair accessibility.

I showed up at 9:40 PM they were locked and the person inside completely ignored me. So I guess they close at 9:30 not 10 like they say, like they have printed on their window.
