This place is horrible for how bad of a batch of employee they staff. Everytime I come same damn lady is very condescending and rude. Just not sure why she's so damn miserable and if she is she shouldn't be like that towards customers

I live Les than 5 minutes from this subway so I have visited this specific subway a lot. A couple of things to notate. Their staff is severely subpar both in the customer service department and in the sandwich building department. If they don’t forget to toast your subway, they’ll miss ingredients in it. If by some miracle they get your order right (which has yet to happen in 3 years of attending) they will charge you incorrectly. Regardless it’s always something. Food is nothing special, just your regular subway. I wouldn’t try to order food from this subway to pick up, if I were you I’d just go in to make sure they make it correctly, even then they might not. If you do go in just understand that dealing with their staff will make you wish you would have ordered it online instead.

I went into this location which my company frequent multiple times a week and order two sandwiches… Both to be toasted… Sandwiches were not toasted and the young lady at the register argued with me that my sandwich was correct .. the sandwich was as pale as her skin..zero stars. Horrible customer service ..

I got there around 8:20pm. There was 2 guys eating inside but the door was locked and the open sign was still on. The hours said they open till 10pm.
Went for dinner as it says they close at 2200, turned up at 2130 to find they'd closed early for some unknown reason. Opening hours need updating.

The employees are absolutely rude and very impatient
I went in for breakfast Monday morning, a lady named Rossy had extremely rude, mean and aggressive attitude. First i thought its a Monday she might be having a bad day. I smiled, greeted and talked very generously to make her feel good. But still very rude behavior. She was persistent not to put more than 3 olives on bread even requesting 3 times. She showed me a paper which says she is not allowe to put more than 3 olives on sandwich. She charged me $8.90 for “no meat” breakfast sandwich.After i requested to recheck price she reduced to $6.16. The bread i ate was stale nd hard so i requested her if she can change the bread pls.After me a lady bought 3 sandwiches nd 2 large drinks - she charged her $3 nd change.Other customers that walked in one by one- she was greeting them nd being kind to them.I asked for managers number- she very aggressively said she is the manager, and - rude stare nd gave a fictitious boss name.Its sad to see that she is so rude nd discriminating towards certain people nd charging pennies for sandwiches to certain customers. Customer service attitude is beyond comprehension.
