He also was on the phone for over 5 minutes while I waited to be taken my order. If you are not willing to work late hours and provide costumer service, don't work in the retail industry!

I ordered online plenty of times since I work in the same complex. I leave my place of business to come and get food and it’s always on point. But today I order a salad and it was not ready for over 15 minutes after the order was placed. I walked in and there was nobody in the store except the lady working there ( little bit older) while talking to a personal friend I assume. It is very hard and annoying to lock my doors just so I can come and get food from you guys
