Workers were rude and they block your view on what they put in your sandwich, i haven't been to a subway in a long time and decided to go for lunch from work, the lady making my sandwich was mad I didn't know what specific chicken I wanted since I couldn't see the options, when I asked for veggies I got only total of three sliced cucumbers, two sliced pickles, the amount of chicken in the sandwich was close to none, if I had to count it was probably three grilled chicken pieces so I can see why they block your view so they don't give you much. When i asked for extra cucumbers and pickles, the lady just kept staring at me, and i guess she didn't hear from all the laughing they got going on about how irritated they are from helping customers in spanish. I was very disappointed about my sandwich i had to throw it away and decided to get something else for lunch, subway do better.

Poor customer service.. i always order online so i dont have to wait in line and they ignore me when i walk in... they cant even put napkins in my bag.. i always try to be polite as someone who also works in the customer service industry.. but i cant even get a "hi how can i help you?"

Unsanitary conditions. Watched the owner dump bags of ice into the ice dispenser then use the wet ice bag that was just on the ground to level the ice out within the machine. Confronted her about that and she couldn’t care less. Can only imagine the other lack of cleanliness they participate in behind the counter.

Who makes someone food when there not there to tell you what they want on it I said great garlic no tomato no onion went to the bathroom came back my sandwich was madethey put onions on it and to add on the lady was rude when I ask for napkins don't make my sandwich if you don't even know what I want on it

This is one of the most professional subways I’ve been to. The employees are very friendly and fast. During lunch hours they are well staffed and work like an assembly line. I trust that I will be in and out quickly. Very different from other subways in Houston. Keep up the good work management and team!

Gotta say I was super disappointed when I set my pickup for 11:30 and got two sandwiches that were made at 10 am. When I went back to ask for fresh sandwiches they were not willing to remake them and so we have soggy cold sandwiches. Like leaking out of the bag soggy. I am sooooo disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and the state of the sandwiches. This place is ATROCIOUS and I have a much better experience at other Subways so this is just a not great location.ETA: not only all that, but we paid for the turkey cali sandwich and they left off the smashed Avocado which is part of the reason that sandwich is so expensive. Thanks for letting me spend $12 on a sandwich with no Avocado for my mother! I could tell you but no one answers the phone!
