Made an order through the app and was charged but the order never came to the restaurant. The employees working lunch shift 1/23/25 helped me work the issue out and were very kind and pleasant to deal with. Great location & great employees!
This is one of the most professional subways I’ve been to. The employees are very friendly and fast. During lunch hours they are well staffed and work like an assembly line. I trust that I will be in and out quickly. Very different from other subways in Houston. Keep up the good work management and team!
I place to-go orders at this location quite often and I have yet to have a bad experience! Everything is always ready on-time or slightly early and I've never had an ingredient omitted or included by accident. It's also newly remodeled!
