This is one of the most professional subways I’ve been to. The employees are very friendly and fast. During lunch hours they are well staffed and work like an assembly line. I trust that I will be in and out quickly. Very different from other subways in Houston. Keep up the good work management and team!
I place to-go orders at this location quite often and I have yet to have a bad experience! Everything is always ready on-time or slightly early and I've never had an ingredient omitted or included by accident. It's also newly remodeled!
WE HAD A SMALL ISSUE WITH ORDERING ON LINE. MISS LETY THE MANAGER TOOK GOOD CARE OF US AND OUR ORDER. WE WILL BE GOING BACK AND MAKE THIS OUR PLACE TO ALWAYS ORDER OUR SUBS. THANK YOU SO MUCH MISS LETY.
