If i can give zero I would give them zero so bad customer service very rude, dirty the manager she horrible treated the people there so bad i will never go there the owner should take an action against them otherwise will lose the business. I work in the company in front of them and all my colleagues drive to another Subway and don’t walk to this one because of the ugly service.

The person who attended to us from the moment we arrived looked at us as if thinking, “Why are you here?” She was sitting down—I think that bothered her. She was the only employee at that place. We placed our order, and every time she asked us something, her look was full of hatred and her tone of voice was arrogant. Now I understand why there are no customers at that place.

Wish I could give it a zero. Horrible customer service. The lady that was working the morning shift on 06/02/2025 was rude from the moment I walked in. She just looked up and never greeted me. When she finally came around, she looked at me like I’m bothering her and still didn’t take my order. I ended up walking out. I’ll go to subway in a whole other side of town before I come back to this location.

I honestly was fine with the faces made by the employees as long as I got my order made… unfortunately it all changed when they decided to automatically charge me a #11 I believe when I did not order that. Then one of the employees says yes she does that because we don’t have sells and we need to sell more!! I was extremely upset and found that completely wrong. That is stealing! I will never visit this place again! They should closed the store as the owners don’t seem to care at all!

Horrible store. I went in and asked to use the restroom before I place my order the short Hispanic woman gave me an attitude and said she would not open the door. I told her I would just like to wash my hands before placing my order and she said she didn't care. She had a disgusting mess behind the counter looked very unsanitary, so I decided to go somewhere else

My partner an I walked in was waiting in line my partner wanted to wash his hands! The restroom has a sign that says “ restroom for customers only” yet when he asked to use to restroom the lady yelled and said “ I can not open or give you the code does are subways rules!” What????!? Just plain rude never coming back! I don’t understand why it open with all this bad reviews or why is she still working there with that attitude!
