The workers don’t have enough sense to contact a customer when something is unavailable they’ll send you whatever they want you to have like you’re a dog.
I don’t eat this so why would you think it’s ok to send?!

both times I came I had horrible experiences at this hole in the wall..they don't wash there hands they have a bad attitude and both times there is a particular worker who brings her toddler during work hours and hits him like it's normal...place should be shut down with that type of atmosphere.bugs and roaches everywhere .then on top of paying for an overpriced sandwich with crappy service they refuse to let you use the restroom....I've never heard of red lobster even McDonald's not letting you use the restroom after paying almost $30 bucks for that crap service.

a woman working the night shift on 12/10/2025 went above and beyond for me and my family when we had a delivery gone wrong. Had a really helpful attitude and was really nice. 10/10 service out of her!

I went there to get lunch and the Hispanic lady working there was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. The sandwich was poorly made. The bread was burnt so it was hard. I didn’t ask for onions yet my sandwich had onions. I wasn’t able to eat the sandwich. Never going back to this place. Either that lady changes her attitude or gets a different job.

I like subway but def not this location my bread was extremely HARD.. literally asked for a cold sandwich to avoid the crunchyness of the bread but ended up with bread that was probably sitting there for hours my first bite literally hurted ..

If i can give zero I would give them zero so bad customer service very rude, dirty the manager she horrible treated the people there so bad i will never go there the owner should take an action against them otherwise will lose the business. I work in the company in front of them and all my colleagues drive to another Subway and don’t walk to this one because of the ugly service.

The person who attended to us from the moment we arrived looked at us as if thinking, “Why are you here?” She was sitting down—I think that bothered her. She was the only employee at that place. We placed our order, and every time she asked us something, her look was full of hatred and her tone of voice was arrogant. Now I understand why there are no customers at that place.
