My visit to this Subway located in south Houston turned out to be the worst fast food experience ever. The lone store employee took 30 minutes to make just three Black Forest ham sandwiches. As a result, I had to wait on the gas station benches, twiddling my fingers the whole time.To make matters worse, the store employee exuded attitude and muttered under her breath, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Her lack of customer service skills and unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable.If you're looking for a fast and efficient meal, I would strongly advise against visiting this Subway location in Houston. The experience was not only frustrating but also a waste of my time. I would recommend that the management hires more employees and provides adequate training to ensure customer satisfaction.

Don't bother!! Long time customer, they make a mistake by putting too much meat on my sandwich and want to charge me for it!! They wanted $18 for a chicken sandwich and 10 small slices of meat!! Will not be back!!

Worst subway I've ever seen in my life. I came here Wednesday, August 24 a little after 8 PM. They are supposed to stay open till nine according to the website. However when I arrived there at 8:20 everything was already picked up put away and I could hear the employees in the back. I rang the bell for service no one ever came to the front. With 45 minutes to go till closing I know they started breaking it down way sooner because it takes time to put all the meat and cheeses, vegetables and sauces away completely and wipe everything down. The employees were essentially closing up early. So if you are the store owner you are paying your employees to close down your shop an hour ahead of time and you're getting no revenue coming in for that hour. Good luck keeping your doors open with that overhead.

Service was ok , Vegetables were not fresh at all . Wheat bread was hard . She left it in the oven to long i didn't notice until I had it .
