The ladies here are extremely rude and complained that I am vegetarian but eat cheese from cows. They thought I don’t understand Spanish. Avoid this location if you don’t want to get abused.

I visited today and was told they were out of ham (I had ordered a BMT). I asked if they could substitute turkey ham instead, but the employee firmly said “no,” and told me the only option was to add more salami. I found her attitude extremely unfriendly.
What made it worse is that I had just seen a man in front of me get a substitution with a different item, so her service felt unfair. She said she was the manager.
Since I live in this neighborhood, I often come here, but her rude attitude made me so upset that I decided to go to another location just 5 minutes away. I would have been happy to pay extra, and it’s unreasonable to treat customers this way when it was their store that ran out of stock today.
This wasn’t just one incident — her unkind behavior has happened more than once. This manager is a serious problem at this location.

Standard subway food. The servers are really helpful and have a smile on them which is rare for a cussing server attitude in subway. The other lady didn’t smile when I said hello to her. Don’t know what’s her problem

1. No napkins in the toilet, auto dispenser was not loaded.

Came here at 7:45, an hour and 15 mins before they’re SUPPOSED to close. They had no note on the door or any explanation in regards to why. Not surprised that they have shortened hours after reading other comments.
Placed a mobile order came to pick it up and found out that the store is closed! It was at 7 pm and the app + google maps said they close at 9! There is no customer service number or anyone to talk to. They charged me for the order too!
Placed a mobile order. When I arrived they communicated they didn't have the chips or cookies I chose or lettuce... seriously lettuce!?! You literally just started making lunch sandwiches its 12pm. Better have someone run to walmart down the street. Why couldn't they communicate they didn't have lettuce before making the order? I would've rather had it canceled. After reading reviews seems like this is a common thing at this location. Won't be returning!!

Who is running this place? I came in with my kids and there were two women neither of whom spoke English. I had to use GPT to translate to English - they did not understand that the kids meals came with a juice. And the fountain machine was broken. Whoever is a stake holder in this location needs to give the manager a call

Yesterday, I ordered cookies on Uber Eats from Subway: a footlong cookie, 3 macadamia nuts, and 2 chocolate chips. They accepted the order, but when the driver arrived, they told him to text me that the footlong was out. They could’ve informed me before assigning a driver! I agreed to replace it with macadamia nut cookies, but then they said those were out too and could only give me 4 chocolate chip cookies.
They communicated everything through the driver, and when I asked to cancel and refund, they ignored my calls. The app's support was just automated responses, so canceling was a nightmare. In the end, I got charged $11 for “prepared items” even though Subway failed to notify me properly. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and the management needs to address this irresponsibility. It's not the first time, but it's the last straw!
