Soda fountain not working. Employees don’t understand English. No sliced cheddar or black olives anymore. Really going down hill, Subway.

The overall lack of work ethic and professionalism has really gone down hill at every Subway establishment. I continue to come simply because the food is good, however everyone seems miserable and unwelcoming.

Sad Subway. I ordered through the app. I went in right after ordering and advised my order and took a seat. When the sandwiches were done they advised that they did not have the mixed cheese. It was a veggie sandwich why would one not say something when they discovered the issue rather then when it is all packaged up. I had paid for 2 cheeses and got 1. I ordered a drink also from the app but when I got in to the Subway all of the fresca drinks were empty. The sandwich was not toasted the ingredient requests on my order were not followed and the employees did not appear to be able to communicate due to language barrier.

I have been a customer of Subway for decades, but it has been over a year since I visited this location and todays visit reminded me why. Today was the highly advertised and anticipated promotion where participating locations were giving away a 6inch Subway, one per person, to promote their new Subway Series of freshly cut meat sandwiches. We went in close to 10 am when they opened to get some sandwiches for lunch. I asked for the #5 Which has Capicola Ham and Mozzarella, and they said "We don't have that." Ok. It is one of the promoted sandwiches they we're advertising on their website and nationally but ok. They said we could either get The Beast or a Turkey sandwich as our promo. As the lady was making my sandwich, another person was yelling at them in Spanish (which I speak) "No! Not too much meat on the free sandwiches! Give them only a little bit!" The beast is pictured and advertised as a sandwich piled high with freshly cut deli meat. The poor woman making my sandwich removed one slice of meat from my sandwich as she was being yelled at in Spanish RIGHT in front of me and a TON of other customers leaving me with three tiny slices of deli meat. I felt so bad for the people that worked there! If I was at Subway Corporate...I would race down to this location to YANK my branding and signage from this store. Absolute nightmare. I won't ever ever be back to this place.

I don’t understand what’s the point of making the new number ordering system if the employees don’t know how to follow them. Every time I come in and order a number the employee has no idea what he’s doing, I’ve gotten several incorrect sandwiches because they don’t follow the recipe. Might as well just order them the old way

Not perfect, but food was good. Place was clean. It’s still fast food, so employees weren’t super friendly and the drink machine was leaking. However, I still give it five stars because again food was good and place was clean. I’ve been to some subways that didn’t offer that.

The workers were very nice and professional. The food was appalling. All vegetables looked all and whittered. Tomatoes and cucumbers frozen, lettuce oxidated.

Aweful, just aweful... I ordered an online order of 3 foot longs. When I came home, I noticed I only received 2 footlongs and 1 6" sub. I called and left an voicemail right away since they didnt answer the phone. Since it was a dinner time and I had to go trick or treat with my child, I went back to Subway about 2 hours later. The manager didn't even bother to apologize and he refused to give me another 6" sub because he needed to see the bag. Of course, my kids already ate them. He was rude, didnt eveb bother to try to resolve this issue. I asked him to check the voicemail I left earlier and he just wouldn't. I got robbed of the food I paid for. I've never had this kind of unprofessional service anywhere!

The ladies that work there, seem very annoyed all the time. And the "new menu" is not bad, however the people there don't know how to make any of them. I got the Garlic sandwich, but they didn't give any garlic. The fact that I have to ask for sauce is annoying. Retrain your employees

This subway has become so bad!!!!! The ladies inside making the sandwiches are rude. Not welcoming at all…. Never smile and seem annoyed to even be working. You have to repeat yourself many times as they barely speak english. I go here because it’s close by but I continue to be disappointed. Don’t go to work if you dont want to work!!! And smile for good sake!

I've been a customer of Subway basically my entire life so I know the type of sandwich I want and I don't really like taking a lot of time to get it. The ladies who work here are always very friendly but the lunch line can get pretty long and things can start moving slowly so I've started ordering via the app and picking up my order from the stand. It's always made right and it's always on time and I don't have to stand in line. Another downside to this location is that parking in the parking lot is terrible most of the time. There are so many other businesses around and the parking lot fills up way too fast so it's best to order online.

They always close early.7:41PM (they close at 8PM today) the door is locked and the dude is just headphones on picking up trash. Similar situations before. If mgmt continues to overlook this, imagine if they give any attention to the freshness of their food or anything else in the store.Probably not.
