I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment of me as a customer, and the staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. Customer service was completely lacking, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when grabbing a quick meal. As a consequence, I left and will not return.

The worse attitudes ever no greeting, the two workers didn’t want to properly fix the sandwiches. Walked off to the back from the counter as my Husband and I were checking out! Just completely ignored us! The guy that’s training the young lady there is teaching her very rude behavior, this is my community subway that I frequently eat at, but I will be going to Sugarland location from now on, this was horrible service!

This subway location is pretty good in my opinion but there was this one time where they didn't have turkey for some odd reason. TURKEY?! TURKEY. Thankfully I had some at home to put on the sandwich but it was just very off putting to me for them to be out of turkey.

Worst employee I have ever seen. Today July 11,25 at 9:30pm we ordered 2 sandwiches, she Listened and then we realized that she is working for another online order, not ours. There was no other customer inside. She was working super slow and it appeared to us that it will take another half an hour. We were waiting and waiting and then left the subway. She did not even mention that she will make our order shortly. Request owner to fire this employee.

I think we need to hire people who don't just need the money, they need forgiveness and kindness toward the public. I arrived to buy something BEFORE CLOSING TIME, and he wouldn't serve me. On top of that, he gave me a dirty look and turned off the store lights in my face. Work on this.

Trash place, order online double meat and got a regular sandwich, also, the sandwich maker guy always seems sketchy, like he's there thieving in some kind of way

At 5:00pm the cashier whom also work as a sandwich dresser did not dress my sandwich properly, had my sandwich looking sloppy. I had to constantly ask her to add a little more or a little less. She acted as if she didn't want to make my sandwich and called for another worker to make my sandwich to go to cash register. I let the other elder worker know how she did a poor job and the elder worker wanted her to remake my sandwich which I refused. Sadly, that same worker had to check me out at the register and tried to overcharge me as well. I should've read the reviews left here by others. I won't be spending my hard earned money for poor service at this location 👎🏿

The cashier took it upon herself to include a TIP on my bill! I order (2) 12" with a coupon for $12.99. The tax on that was $1.07. She included a TIP that was not approved of $1.40. I spoke with who was suppose to be the "Manager" and he hung up on me. What a crock of B.S! It's not the amount, however the principal. I called my Bank to reverse the $1.40 TIP. Here's a TIP: STOP RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A CRIMINAL ACT!!!

That all ladies doesn’t understand English & they don’t listen properly I told wheat bread she gave me different bread even I told her but she said Yaa it’s in her language even I gave coupon I don’t think she used before coupon she told me same price & after coupon she took me same price

The male employee (don’t know his name but it’s the only male employee I’ve ever seen there during lunch hours) at the location has great work ethics, great customer service and hardworking guy. Employee goes out of his way to help customers. A customer ordered multiple meals and drinks he quickly made everyone’s sandwiches and offered the guy help carrying the order to his car ( the restaurant was busy line to the door, yet he still was able to manage all the orders and help out) I am a daily customer and he always provides a great quick service, he is the type of employee all fast food restaurants need as store managers. He definitely needs a raise!

All other employees are okay, male employee definitely overworks any other personal in that restaurant. Also he’s bilingual speaks both Spanish and English hard to find those type of employees now days.

This place used to be better but it's horrible now, the service is bad and slow. The hispanic guy that works there , I believe his name is Marcello but I'm not sure if that's his actual name, just know he's hispanic and kind of short. This was on July 9th 2024 at around 7 pm, he was on the phone the whole time moving very slow. The line was long as well. It didn't seem like he cared about what he was doing. When he put a customers order in the oven , he would wait there until it finished instead of starting someone else's sandwich especially with the line as long as it was. He was also talking on the phone the whole time he was there while he had customers in front of him. He got my bread out and stopped and stretched for a good minute and continued talking on the phone while I was waiting for him to ask what meat I wanted. He put his gloves towards the bottom of the counter area it looked like which was unsanitary then continued to make my sandwich. He was extremely slow and just disrespectful in a passive way. His disregard for all the customers was pitiful. A big group of military members came in to that subway and left because the wait was really long. He did not try to get to the customers faster nor did he care. He would go to the back and come out smiling playing around like people aren't waiting for him. Worst customer service from this Subway ever. If he's there, he needs to be fired or disciplined. He barely spoke English according to him so if his manager is reading this or whoever is over him, Get rid of this man. He's dragging the business down. You can also check the cameras from that day around that time and you will see his behavior. Whoever was on schedule for that day, he's the worst.
