I placed an online order for these subs. I went in there to pick it up. I asked the gentleman if they didnt add honey mustard and BBQ sauce to the sub. I did explain to him that I had a previous order at another subway and asked for no mayo. I bit into it and it had mayo. Didn't even eat it. He looked at me and said I did add BBQ sauce. I did tell him that on the order I removed the honey mustard and BBQ sauce. He looked at me super annoyed. He was like but its a BBQ sub, yes I get that. Its a honey mustard BBQ sub. If both sauces are asked to be removed why only add BBQ sauce. Make it make sense. I asked politely if he could please remake it? And he did. I watched him closely make it. He did say next time don't order it like that. So then I asked him how would I order it then just for the rotisserie style chicken? And he said I don't know. That's the only way to get rotisserie style chicken mind you. Got my sandwich and left. Next time please read the instructions and do better. Trust me when I say I was nice and polite when I asked him about it. After I asked him, he was annoyed.

Hi, I went to buy a sandwich for my son, especially the Italian one. My son only ask for olives and the woman who served me only put three olives. I told her to put a little more and she said it was extra.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment of me as a customer, and the staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. Customer service was completely lacking, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when grabbing a quick meal. As a consequence, I left and will not return.

The worse attitudes ever no greeting, the two workers didn’t want to properly fix the sandwiches. Walked off to the back from the counter as my Husband and I were checking out! Just completely ignored us! The guy that’s training the young lady there is teaching her very rude behavior, this is my community subway that I frequently eat at, but I will be going to Sugarland location from now on, this was horrible service!
