Went to Subway and the only option was Mountain Dew and Dr Pepper. Grabbed Mountain Dew and this appeared in my cup. Only thing that employee did was give me attitude and a replacement.

I’ve visited this Subway location on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, each experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I’ve attempted to place an order, there has been a lack of organization and efficiency among the staff. There never seems to be enough employees scheduled to manage the customer flow, resulting in long wait times and frustrated patrons.

What’s even more concerning is the apparent lack of customer service. Guests are often left standing without acknowledgment, and there seems to be no clear system in place to ensure orders are taken in the order people arrive. On several occasions, I’ve waited patiently only to be overlooked or bypassed entirely.

This level of service is unacceptable, particularly for individuals on limited time, such as during a lunch break. It’s incredibly disheartening to walk into a restaurant with the intention of purchasing a meal, only to leave empty-handed due to poor management and lack of support for the staff on duty.

At this point, it feels as though customers are an afterthought at this location. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements the changes necessary to create a more efficient and respectful environment for patrons.

Subway makes a great tuna sub! Also the BMT and black forest ham subs are good. This visit I got the tuna. And they have a decent selection of chips to choose from. They used to have a lot more, but at least they still carry Cheetos! And they have excellent cookies!

I went to order sandwiches on March 15th at 5:05 pm. I waited in line for over 10 minutes. There was only one customer ahead of me. I decided to go use the restroom and then get back in line to order. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I mentioned it to the workers on the way out. They just at me confused. I don't believe they understood English. Anyway, I do not recommend this Subway. I can't comment on the food because I didn't get any. :-(

Don’t waste your time or money placing an online order here unless you’re prepared to watch them make it or check it completely before leaving. Several times now have I done so and gotten wrong food or their drink machine is down and the employee says nothing about it or tries to remedy it/refund you.

Ordered online, big mistake! My husband picked up my order, and they were rude. I ordered at 10:15pm, I get it, a bit close to closing time. But why not just reject my order? I ordered the chicken BLT w wheat bread and extra veggies. There was NO chicken BLT anywhere to be found in my sandwich! No cheese, everything I asked for and added on,..NOTHING. They gave me white bread, and didn't even toast it. It was literally a ranch sandwich. I tried calling, and their number is disconnected. Had to file a complaint through corporate instead online. I will call as well, this is just ridiculous. We couldn't go back to return the sandwich. I don't live close, I had to come out here for a job. Had to throw my ranch sandwich away. Won't be coming Here again.

Such a cute subway! Extremely big with extra space. Came in & saw the workers cleaning the restrooms. One available to take our order the place was clean! & customer service was amazing!
