I went in the other day to get two sandwiches they made them very light on everting. Got snippy when ask for more veggies. Time to pay. I type my phone number in and they said 7 dollars I was like no use my free sub. She turned the screen I showed her free sub on my reward then told her to use the 8 sub cash. The receipt printed out and she was like no you cause our feee sub coupon you owe 7 dollars I am like yes you can use it at the store I showed her in subway wrbsite. She claim only good for during certain time so she took my food and refuse to give me my respect.
I was able to take a of it fair away. Waiting for manager to get in so I can file a formal complaint. Went down the street to the other one and they had no issue using my other free sub that I earned. So is this person stilling moeny or mad I had 10 sub dollars and 5 free sandwich. After I talk to the manager I will be filing a theft of device with SO

Went at 10:30pm when they close at 11pm and had the doors locked already. There was a man inside getting his order made. When the worker let the man out I asked why they weren’t open until 11pm like the sign says and she responded saying they lock the doors 30 minutes before so they can do closing duties….. RIDICULOUS! Anyone who has worked in retail/food knows that’s not how it works. Looking at other reviews it seems that this is a repeated issue. Not ok! Needs to be corrected!

Its located in a huge parking lot. Easy to get in and out. I ordered the grilled chicken footlong with loads of veggies. Garlic aioli is the best sauce. Everything tasted pretty fresh. No complaints!

When my child and I walked in they acted as if I wasn't there.....while they made online orders...then told me to wait....I waited about 3-5mins before I told them IM READY TO ORDER....1 workers started speaking Spanish to me...I told her no Español....English...then one of the workers threw her hand up and walked off making online orders.....another worker came and assisted with my order......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE....I will be contacting CORPORATE

Tried to eat there about 1.5 hours prior to their closing time. First of all when we walked in we were ignored. They was absolutely no one else on the store so being busy wasn't the issue. We wre told all we could order was what was stocked on the table. There was no spinach, meatballs, olives, yellow peppers, chicken, cookies, iced tea along with many more items were missing. When we asked why, not one of them could communicate well enough to understood what we were asking. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. We will no longer be a customer at this location.
