Lettuce n spinach looked disgusting, brown and soggy. Asked for more of a vegetable got a sprinkle more. Told him I wanted it toasted 2 times then asked me if I wanted it toasted…..wasn’t busy, and my sandwhich was lacking. Yall are in the medical center with tons of business. Try to do better. Customer service could have been better as well. Watched the man wrap the lady’s behind me and let all her toppings fall out n just wrapped it up. 😑

The older Hispanic man that’s in here has the worst attitude!!! I have gone here on two occasions and he’s had an attitude about the way I ask he makes my sandwich that I am paying for with my money!!! I asked him to toast the meatball sandwich and he was like the meatballs are already hot…I said I hope so but I want it toasted. Then don’t ask for for toppings I mean this is only subway.

Rude employees that don’t speak English nor greet the customers. The lady hair was hanging in her face and she was sweating while making an order. The so called manager refused to do orders. They talk about the customers in Spanish. Let this store keep going down and don’t spend there.

Service was awful. Two girls working at the counter pretended not to kno English. This is not my first time eatting here. The woman's bathroom is never usable. Everyone is directed to the Men's restroom that does not have a workable security lock. Their was no toiletries and it was dirty.

They are always out of everything and despite them being out of everything they never try to compensate with a substitution or anything. Also the employees are very rude and look at you like you’re crazy for expecting them to have some sort of customer service. There are other subways in the area I’d go to one of those instead of I were you. This one is a waste of time and money it needs to be shut down honestly.
