We came 10.15 pm , it was showing 11pm to close. They made lights down and lock the place. This was unbeliavable.
I went here to order two sandwiches I asked for extra onions the guy (which suppose to be the manager) say it’s extra for vegetables I’ve been to subway a bunch of times I’ve ordered my sandwich the same for years and I’ve never heard anyone say it’s extra for vegetables I will never go back here ever again and he had a very nasty attitude!

I went in charged my phone for about a hour until another person came in THEN the lady took my order. Poor customer service. If I wasn't hungry and hadn't charge my phone I would have left

I stopped by today for my 1st time at this location and honestly they were very quick and friendly. The lady that waied on me was patient as she was multitasking another customer smoothly. I didnt have any issues at all. They were a little low stocked on chips but thats no ones fault. The store is clean and big space to eat. Everything was fresh cut. I like this location. The ladies were working very hard & had the place running smoothly. I did read the other reviews which I definitely didnt experience anything like that with this location. All I can say is go in and try it for your self. It is the healthiest choice to the options next door. I would never choose greasy fast food over freshly cut vegetables & fresh baked bread. So if you love Subway this is a good one to go to.

The sand which was good ! The short Hispanic lady was very rude !!! On morning shift !! I asked for the code to use the restroom ! Which she denied me of ‘ mind you I’m a paying customer!! I had to go next door to Wendy’s to use the restroom. The drinks that I wanted was out ! I will not be visiting this location ever again !!! I don’t care if my stomach touching my back !!!
2nd time I've been to this location and both times the employee who works the morning shift will undeserved you. I didn't complain about the tiny meat portions, but when it comes the veggies, she literally put 4 thin slices of onion, 3 tiny pieces of bell pepper, 3 jalapeños and 6 pieces of spinach. This was for a foot long sandwich. When I asked if she could add more veggies she had an attitude and said that's their formula and she can't add more. I've never had this issue at any other subway. Everywhere else they load up your sandwiches with meat and veggies. This location will serve you as little as possible

Paid damn near $20 PLUS express on uber eats for a sandwich that legit has nothing I ordered on it . They didn’t toast my sandwich didn’t put cheese or pickles and barely any sauce yet my receipt says I paid for all that .

Subway doesn't care about there Customers😏. I am very disappointed, needed to use the rest room urgently & asked the subway employee for the rest room key she told Me it's for paying Customers only I told her I am going to eat here I am a paying Customer ,She said I have to make a purchase first.
I've been going to Subway for 20 year never have I experienced this.
My overall experience was poor, and the employee also had a Bad attitude.
I won't be coming back to this location & I don't recommend.

Had the all-time worst experience today Maria and I believe her name is Tita killed my whole beautiful mood. I walked in requesting to talk to a manager because the day prior I came in for a BLT, which is just bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. I asked for no tomatoes and pickles, banana peppers and mayonnaise. The lady takes my sandwich put whatever she wants on it And just sells me it so when I get home. And I see that there’s tomatoes in my sandwich is not made how I was asking her to make it as I was walking down the line to make it. I tried to call but no answer so I went up there today after I got off my long day of shift I was going to get my remake and as well order another sandwich Miss Maria and Miss Tita decided not only that they were going to disrespect me, not knowing that I work for the state and that I used to do their inspections at this exact store decided that they were going to utterly disrespect me refuse me service hide in the back and not come out for an hour. I stood at the restaurant for an hour begging to just buy some food real quick. I didn’t even want the remake no more I just wanted to buy my food and nobody service me. I’m reporting this and I want them both fired. This will be going to my supervisor and the manager. Also, I want fired. I was told by Maria that the manager only works in the morning and she’s not going to give a damn about my tomato allergy and she said it in Spanish, not knowing that I am bilingual and I understood her completely. I took pictures and I’m reporting to my corporate agency. I’m reporting to the state they had food left out open they left the bread case open. The oven was open. They just went in the back and refused to serve. People was on their phone, laughing and flicking me off

I’m not sure of the worker’s name, but I came in Saturday the 28th around 1 pm and the woman employee was very rude to me. We both mistakenly heard each other say one thing. I said that I wanted flatbread and she thought I said white bread, so she proceeded to make the sandwich with white bread. She put the chicken and cheese on and I asked very nicely if that was the flat bread because I was unsure. She caught an attitude and started saying I need to be louder and she kept repeating that she asked me if wanted white bread and I said yes, but I thought she said flatbread. She also said things that I wasn’t able to make out completely, but they were rude. I tend to talk on the lower side in public because of my social anxiety, but I was not talking very low this time. It made me very uncomfortable and anxious to be treated like that. SHOULD BE NICER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Well I was waiting in line. The gentleman in front of me was not able to pay for his food so I offered to pay instead and the young lady was more than glad to help. “Tita” Had interfered with the transaction as she made My sandwiches poorly by not following instructions. She insisted to give me the sandwiches and that she could give them to me for free and we actually tried to explain to her multiple times that was showing her my wallet. She didn’t want to listen, and she insisted on taking the sandwiches and throwing them away. Her behavior was rude, misinformed, and neglectful as I attempted to explain and seek further help or contact to report this incident.
At first, I wasn’t going to report the incident, but what compelled me to do so was that she told the other worker that she was going to To sell us the sandwiches for free, which was not the case then she proceeded to ignore us and stay in the back as the line filled up. There were literally 10 people waiting for her to get over her attitude.
