Just everything about this subway is horrible. Terrible food and service. The whole restaurant is filthy also.

They don’t answer the phone. I placed a doordash order & just wanted to ask them to double toast because I’m pregnant but they won’t answer. I called over 5 times. I know they aren’t busy because it’s practically in the middle of nowhere. I hope the sandwich doesn’t make me sick

the manager is extremely rude and horrendous. she first charged me incorrectly and more for my food and then after i pointed it out she rudely told me to just take extra cookies instead of giving me a refund and charging me again. then when i insisted that i don’t want what i didn’t order, she proceeded to charge me even MORE the second time. then she just walked away after i asked for another refund and another employee had to assist me. worst service ever and the manager should be fired. never have i ever been treated worse at a subway, extremely disappointed.

The two employees that was there was very rude. I approached the counter and asked about the daily specials. I was rudely told that's no more it's gone by a Spanish lady. She asked what do I want. I said give me a second cause there's a glare over the menu and I can't the prices. She walked away rudely with an attitude then an African lady approached and I asked her how much is a sandwich thar I was looking at on the menu. She said she don't know and shrugged her shoulders walked off like the like other lady. I said wow I can't see the menu and you're right there when she reappeared again demanding what I want. She said she'd check the computer. She checked and rudely told me the price. I never ordered so idk how the food was but attitudes are horrible at this location. I informed them im writing a bad review the African lady marched off and threw up her hands while the Hispanic lady turned her back on me. I walked out.. horrible service.. no wonder the place was empty.. ppl don't like bad service

Today 10/21 at 330pm I went into subway and ordered a BYO foot long turkey sandwich. The young man (Hispanic, around age 25-30) that made my sandwich literally counted and PINCHED the ingredients on my sandwich. Literally 3 pieces of cheese 3 tomatoes and 3 cucumber and a PINCH of onion a FOOT LONG SANDWICH! I asked for more and each time he gave me a look and eventually told me I couldn’t get MORE because it wasn’t part of the formula and he can’t use up his inventory. If I am PAYING for a sandwich, I EXPECT to get what I ask for on MY sandwich. I have never experienced this at subway. I always come to this neighborhood subway and get the same thing and have never been told I couldn’t get something on my sandwich because of a formula. And the attitude about it was not respectful at all. Be AWARE! I will be taking this up with the appropriate personnel as well.

She was reading the order and still put wrong chips in the bag even after I told her what I had ordered. Got to place I was staying and both sandwiches all wrong. Never will visit this Subway AGAIN!

Truth 2 Life

We are taking back our COMMUNITIES from these chain businesses like Subway, who come in and then hire 90% to 100% OTHER ethnicities, while operating in a 90% to 100% Black communities! its SUPER DISRESPECTFUL at the HIGHEST LEVELS! we've reached out to them about this disrespect, but they dont seem to care about our concerns. So its time we bring the fight to their doors by not spending our hard-earned money with them anymore! Fliers and door to door grassroots are in the works. They will RESPECT our BLACK communities, or they will be forced to close down due to lack of customers!

Tried to come in to order at 10:03PM on a Thursday night. The doors were locked. A worker opened the door for another customer to exit and said they were closed. As you can see they are open until 11PM an just decided to close and hour early.
