Terrible staff and terrible service. These people here are rude. There is a manager there with an unsanitary skin condition. She is very rude. She messes up your food, and get mad at the custome. Then refuse service. They use to be very very nasty, roaches, and no gloves. hair in my meat. then after while of not going I go back and staff is so rude..YUK

Today is Saturday and i stop by for a quick bite with my little siblings. After a good morning work out session we just wanted simple sandwiches. The ladys working around 4pm could care less for customer service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! They toasted my siblings and my sandwiches all together i used to work at a subway like 8 years ago u run the toast cycle more than once if u toast more then one sandwiches together. All our sandwiches were cold. Unfortunately i had steak sandwich which i know its already cooked steak but the fact that it was still cold when i sat down to eat it grossed me out. I hate leaving bad Reviews but when its necessary i do. All our veggies were literally counted i asked for spinach and they gave me 3 leaves. I was like okay then maybe some lettuce and they sprinkled 2 pieces on my sandwich. Mind u i had just worked out so i was super hungry and i couldn't hold my tongue i was like ma'am can we please have more lettuce on all the sandwiches she gave me 2 more spinkles. Yes i ate my food because i paid almost $30 for it but was not at all happy with this meal or service.

I don’t expect a fine dining experience when eating at subway however, todays experience was beyond terrible.We placed an online order for curbside pickup. The app showed the order was revived but the status bar of the order never changed to “making” or “ready”.I called the restaurant 4 times to confirm the order had been received. Each time the phone rang both employees would ho look at the caller ID on the ringing phone and walk away without answering it.I went inside and asked why they were not picking up the phone. Both ladies looked at me like I had 7 heads. One of them finally said oh I picked it up but nobody was there. I then explained I sat outside watching them each time I called and the phone was never touched.I then asked if they had received my online order. Again both employees looked at me confused I turned around and left as this was too much effort for a sandwich.Customer service is obviously not for everyone. These two ladies need to seek employment elsewhere as they are doing this establishment and injustice.

I've never been to this Subway, but it was close to the office. A couple of hours later, I am sick as a dog. The next day is even worse. I realize that I got food poisoning from eating there. Never again!

The gentleman that made my sandwich was very sweet and made sure it was to my liking. I would definitely go to this location again.Vegetarian options: You could just get the vegetables without bread or meat if you wish.Parking: Right in front of the store. I was having a problem with a Subway card I did not want to redeem for cash just the balance for the sandwich I was ordering for plasma donation store 7750 in Houston hwy 6 told me the information on back of card didn't explain if a problem with card to visit subway so I am hear to be told them problem I hear to show them an was told that print I read explained why its a problem to ask about my balance or fix problem with scan tron an apply it another sandwich combo

I just left here, I almost didn’t buy anything but my kids and I were very hungry. They barely put anything in your sandwich. And when you ask for a little bit more, the lady catches an attitude. She was very rude and snippy since the beginning, like if she doesn’t like her job, but when I asked for a little bit more pickles since she had only literally put 4 pickles in my sandwich. She got very upset. Every other subway I’ve been to they put a handful of everything unless you ask for less. But here, they are super stingy!.. my husband always gets the meatball marinara and they usually put 8-10 meatballs. Here they only put 4 lol. Wait until you ask for lettuce! It’s literally a PINCH, you have to ask them for more. The gentleman that works there was nice and provided w great customer service. The Hispanic lady with colored eyes was the one w an attitude and kept her eyes on my kids as if they were going to steal. She even went as far as asking for them to show her how many cups they got. If she doesn’t like her job, she should go elsewhere then, as a paying customer the service w her was terrible and the attitude was very unnecessary. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for sure though
