If I could give this review 0 star, I would. I put in an order through Doordash and got confirmation that a driver is on the way to pick it up. Fifteen minutes later he called me asking if my order was delivered. It's turn out, someone else picked up my order before he got there. The driver was nice enough to call me again to confirm but how could my food get delivered if someone else and not my driver got picked it up? I tried to call the store to ask what happened. As soon as I told the lady my name, she yelled at me and tell me to be better at controlling who coming to pic up me order?!!! Can she tell me how to do that because I am baffled. I wasn't mad, annoying that the messed happened yes, but I was talking in a calm and nice manner and still try to ask her again why is it my fault. She keep yelling at me and telling me to deal with it myself since it was busy and she did her part of checking who came to pick it up. I get mistake happened, but I would expect her to talk in a calm manner to see how we could solve this but she still yelling. I didn't put on speaker but the people around me all heard what she said and was baffled too

Maricela did a great job taking care of us. She provided excellent customer service and made all 3 of our sandwiches in under 5 minutes. Very impressive work. Will definitely be back to visit this location.

Service is horrible. I placed an order on the app for delivery and Subway assigned Door dash too it. I never received my order and now the manager is playing games with getting me my refund. I have time today!!!! I want my refund because my order was placed on your Subway app

Just did an online delivery order. I got 3 sandwiches and 2 chips. They forgot both chips. They gave me the wrong bread and the wrong cheese on all the sandwiches and when I paid for extra mayo and extra black olives they gave me 5 black olives and one squirt of mayo. Crazy how this job is as simple as reading what was ordered and putting it together. Should be simple but apparently not. Crazy work.

my pizza was a soggy mess and they didn't put the toppings I requested. I ordered online and they just messed it all up. They did not put in a box but wrapped it up and folded it when they put it in the bag. HORRIBLE!
