I like Subway, but when I visited there was a guy checking the temperature of the meat. He checked the cold cuts first, then he went on to check the Tuna and the others. But as he was checking, he never once cleaned that probe in between checks! I went in for a cold cut combo. Glad he checked that first. I won't return. I think I'll start making my own cold cut combo!

location was clean, worker was VERY nice and did her job well. i went at 1 pm on a satuday and the location wasnt busy at all.

I hear washing and rinsing your hands with rancid water makes the food taste better at this location. It's even dripping directly onto the soap dispenser to provide you a thoroughly filthy experience. Pretty disgusting location for a PVC pipe drain to be precisely aimed at.

I come to this store all the time with no issue . Today I pull up at 5:27pm on Tuesday to place an order & the doors are already locked & this store opened Monday too Friday at 6:00pm I will be reporting this . I work in a food service business & we close at the exact righht time we supposed to close never early .

First let me say the staff were all nice. I gave low stars because there is slime on the soda machine where the ice comes out of. The sandwich was not made very well either; too much meat for a regular sub and the contents were not properly pushed on the bread once completed. I also observed one employee not properly changing gloves after touching things and then touching sandwich. But they were all nice though.

Some staff employees at the 5230 Griggs Rd. location, are not washing their hands between serving each customer!When I requested that staff employee to wash their hands before serving me. They said they do not have to. Very unsanitary!

I’m here at the location and it says they close at 6pm. I walk to the door at 5:39pm and the doors are locked. Clearly there is a lady inside ignoring me at the door and never opens the door and proceeds to clean the store! So I guess they close whenever they feel like it not what the store hours list! So upsetting!

I came to get lunch but needed to use the bathroom first you know to wash my hands and stuff and the employee advised it was out of order. When I said okay we will eat elsewhere she said she didn’t care. This is such horrible service. I will never go to this subway ever again.
