Two individuals that are working there refused to sell me food because I was purchasing an individual food that was down on his luck ! The reason given was he stinks! I told them I will purchase it and give it to him outside that really irritated them. One of them said we are not selling you anything, told them I would call and complain they replied the owner is the one that doesn’t want him here. Very poor customer service! Never will go to this location again.

Big ass piece of plastic in my sandwich. Did an order online i was missing 2 toppings and they added toppings i didnt ask for. I had to call 5 times before they answered the phone. Manager gave me a refund

Food was good, but customer service wasn’t. I feel bad because the two individuals just seem miserable. They also had two bread options and a lot of drink choices were not available. Overall, it was just a depressing experience, and I do not recommend this spot.

I went to the location on 10-30-2024 the two female employee were very unprofessional,rude,and disrespectful.The food looked very nasty and the veggies was not fresh. They refused service to me because I asked them to change their gloves. The location should be closed down. The lady in the picture is one of the employees who was being rude and unprofessional.This place doesn’t deserve a star I had to put one star to post this review. The two female employees needs to be fired.
Went in there a few weeks back there was a girl and guy working that day it was around 5pm and only had 3 breads. Lady walks in after me she wanted 4 sandwiches but was told halfway through her order that they could only make her 1 so she left, the girl then proceeded to scoop everything off the bread and place it back in the bin for the next costumer, they refused to make any additional bread said it was frozen and it would take hours to thaw out, has been happening way to often at this particular subway. This place was decent in the early 2000’s as of late service is horrible and the ingredients look terrible, brown lettuce, moldy spinach, cucumbers look bad too won’t be going to this location anymore.

I went to this subway yesterday 8/17 i got there at 8:40 .. 20 minutes before closing & they already had the door locked i asked if they can still make a sandwich since they were making one still and they said ‘’NO this one is for myself’’ that was very rude so you can make yourself a sandwich but not for the customer on companys time? I got out of work late & just wanted something small ?
This location has gone down tremendously, my family and I arrived to dine in at 7:30pm. Was told that we couldn’t eat there. The restaurant was clearly opened. With people eating there. Supposedly they were going to start cleaning at 7:30pm? Very misleading information because the sign outside said store hours were till 9pm. There were plenty of people eating and tables available. And for some reason our family couldn’t dine in per the lady behind the counter. Also items on menu not available. We took our business elsewhere. Won’t be going back to that subway.

This subway have no bread today ? Me and my mom been here for years and I don't know who hires these young employees that have no experience with food or customers these employees have bad attitude things need to be changed or fired them and hired people with experience....

The ladies at this location are lovely! I’ve been coming here for years and the staff always greet me friendly. They always get my order correct and are fast when there is a rush. I come to them at least 1 a week!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the experience I had at your Subway store location today at approximately 8:20.
When I arrived at the store I found the door locked. I was confused since the store hours posted on the door clearly stated that the store closes at 9:00 PM. Through the locked door, I could see an employee inside, and I attempted to get their attention. The employee came to the door and informed me that the store was closed. When I pointed out that the posted hours indicated that the store should be open until 9:00 PM, the employee responded, “9:00 PM is when I leave, not when the store closes,” and pointed to the ingredient line, showing that everything had already been put away.
I find this situation to be unacceptable for several reasons:
1. Misleading Store Hours: The posted hours clearly state that the store closes at 9:00 PM. Customers rely on these hours to plan their visits, and closing early without any prior notice is both misleading and inconvenient.
2. Unprofessional Behavior: The employee’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to serve a customer during posted business hours reflect poorly on Subway’s commitment to customer service.
3. Inconvenience: As a regular customer, I was inconvenienced by this experience. I specifically went to this location expecting to receive service during the advertised hours.
I urge you to address this matter with the staff at this location to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Customers should be able to trust that the hours posted are accurate and that they will receive courteous service during those hours.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in how the store operates.

ordered online, waited an additional 20 minutes when my order was “ready” in store. they did not even do my orders right. very disappointed and feel like i wasted my time and money.
I will sometimes come for lunch. I've never had a delay, receive great service, and can always go back to the office on time.
