I ordered online from this Subway, and honestly this location is a mess. They were out of almost everything I selected, but I went ahead and ordered a sandwich with what was supposedly available. When I arrived, the two boys working there told me they didn’t have the bread I picked and also couldn’t give me a refund because the manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow.
My daughter and I were starving, so I told him to just make it with whatever bread they did have. I also said I would be speaking to the manager. Suddenly he “found” the exact bread I originally ordered way in the back. I truly feel like he was saving it for himself.
Same thing with the chips I was told they were out, but somehow one bag appeared from the back after I asked again. This location is always out of items and it’s dirty on top of that.
The worst part: after I sat down to eat with my daughter, the employee literally stood hidden by the wall and stared at me. I even asked him what he was looking at, and he just kept staring. It was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up eating in the car because of how creepy the whole situation felt.

Went there one morning to pick up lunch parked along curb as there was another car parked there right in front of the door. The sandwich artist said I cannot serve you if you don’t move your car because it will get towed. I said what about the car in front of the door? She said oh that’s the managers car. I said why does that car get to park there? Because they can was the response. I said isn’t it illegal? Like for safety reasons? They said I dunno but you can’t park there. She continued to take my order. This was over three months ago. Why is the car still parking at the front door when there are plenty of other spots? This is a bad example of a manager…. Plus why does this location always close earlier?

Im also done with this location.Told lady Sub of day...and they rang up regular price...then said cause I didn't get some type of dressing it won't ring up as deal?ill get subway but never again from this location.Seems like alot of others with issues here as well...not to mention they dont clean tables...

I go here all the time the regular week day crew is great. However, the two guys working today were absolutely horrible. Neither of them knew how to make a sandwich the right way. Didn’t spread the veggies clumped them on one side of sandwich put mayo only on one side and even burned the bread while toasting it and ignored me when I asked them to fix it. Owner needs to not hire kids who look as sad and miserable as these two when they’re working. Don’t bother coming here on the weekend. Week day crew is top notch though.

They close down way before closing time. They messed up on a sandwich. We tried bringing it back up here. Then they hide out behind the wall will not even talk to nobody or will not even answer the phone when you call..

I'm stuck eating a dry ass sandwich cuz the worker don't listen. Lol my sandwich was so plain and simple. . And still didnt get it right. Do better and pay attention

$12 for a six inch sub and drink.
Took one bite and was disappointed. Tasted stale. Stared at my bare sandwich with now barely anything on it because they’re sizing down, I could not agree to spending so much money on a sub no bigger than any hand. Walked back inside for a possible refund since I didn’t eat my lunch. Manager was nice to me but said in six years no one “took a bite and wanted a refund for a sub the wanted”. I didn’t want this sub but didn’t say anything since she was already sarcastic and defensively put the blame on me although it was obviously the food and price.

Can’t blame her; although she could try to realize she works at subway and stop defending these terrible policies at this subway. It’s not a hill I want to die on and working at other fast food places myself, I know most common people would agree too. Seen this place constantly change their menus since they’re failing out of business.
Don’t eat here unless you want to spend most of your wage on a sub you can’t enjoy with stale food and has been before they greedily said let’s charge this for $12.

Best customer service ever, and I've been traveling over the whole country and nothing compares to this service. The food the was top tier, and the boy was extremely friendly.
