Quite clean compared to most subways I have been to, the downside was the server’s/ staff’s inability to communicate, she hardly understood what I said and I didn’t either. Luckily I could use gestures to at least get a sandwich made.

Horrible service. The sandwich was poorly made, and the staff’s communication was terrible. I arrived around 3:30 pm today and the experience was extremely disappointing. First and last time coming here.

My husband picked up 2 subs for me and my son. I had a boss with extra jalapeños and my son had a chicken bacon sandwich with no jalapeños. I immediately realized when I gave the chicken sandwich to my 2 year old because there were jalapeños falling out of it. After closer examination I see that they got everything backwards including putting Parmesan cheese on a chicken sandwich? Obviously anyone with half a brain would know that the Italian sandwich should have the Parmesan. On top on that they were both cold and I ordered them to be toasted. Terrible! I tried to call and complain but they don't have a working number. This is unacceptable. There are too many subways around for them to make these kinds of mistakes

This is the second time I've been to this location and I won't be coming back (very disappointed). The first time, I went in to pick up my order and the girl who was working saw me and continued talking to her coworker. Finally, I told her the name of my order and she gave it to me; she was somewhat polite. The second time, I arrived at this location to pick up my order and the guy who was working left me waiting for a while (I assumed he was busy), and then he asked me the name of my order. When he handed me my order, he literally threw the bag at me. What kind of service is that? Or where is his manners? Both times I've been to this location, I didn't leave a tip (I usually always leave cash) for the same reason: the service leaves a lot to be desired. I've switched locations because the people at Subway are always so unfriendly 😡

Cane in after walking the trail. Bathroom out of order. Rude workers. Food was typical subway so no complaints on the food.
Awful service. I waited 15 mins to order my sandwich when I was the only person in line. I also want to add that i got the philly cheese steak and all i removed were the peppers and the sandwich looks empty when closed unlike the “filled sandwich” only their menu.

Just grabbed a quick lunch at Subway in Golden Oak — super clean, staff was friendly, and they made the sandwich exactly how I like it. Everything was fresh, and service was fast. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. Will stop by again.

The food and the service is exquisite. Mary joseph and the rest of the crew are awesome. It's always my pleasure to go and buy food from them and to visit with them, because they're awesome people. That's the only subway, that I would ever go to because it's not just about the food but service and the people who work there.
