Awful service. I waited 15 mins to order my sandwich when I was the only person in line. I also want to add that i got the philly cheese steak and all i removed were the peppers and the sandwich looks empty when closed unlike the “filled sandwich” only their menu.

Worker didn’t speak English, was on the phone the whole time. I placed an app order and they were out of all of the meats I paid for, but I was still charged for them. Toaster didn’t work.

Just grabbed a quick lunch at Subway in Golden Oak — super clean, staff was friendly, and they made the sandwich exactly how I like it. Everything was fresh, and service was fast. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. Will stop by again.

The food and the service is exquisite. Mary joseph and the rest of the crew are awesome. It's always my pleasure to go and buy food from them and to visit with them, because they're awesome people. That's the only subway, that I would ever go to because it's not just about the food but service and the people who work there.

I just got back to work after getting lunch and saw I had 3 bags of chips and was charged for them as well. THEN I called the number provided and it is out of service. Not cool. I need to be compensated for this mistake. How did this even happen?

i went in to my local subway which i go to frequently today i ran into a gentleman named luis, luis was not having a good day and had decided to treat me with disrespect and talk down to me i had told him that he was showing me no respect and he had decided to continue arguing at this point i asked for the manager and he had refused, this is when i had asked for his name. And i had turned away to walk out where he still chose to pursue an argument i continued to walk out of the store, worst subway experience i have had!!

What a shame they don’t even have gloves. The guy was giving me excuse that I don’t have gloves so I cannot make no sandwich for you. I’m not sure what kind of subway is this they don’t even care about hygiene or business.

Worst experience ever ,the employees cannot communicate or understand what you’re asking for. Worst sandwich ever. The vegetables are not fresh, they were out of some of the vegetables ,the fountain machine not working and they don’t even package their food with subway bags they use grocery store bags for your order. The cleanliness of the store is not good.

The worst subway location I have ever been to today for lunch. The service, the taste, quality, wait time, cleanliness etc. etc. everything was bad. It was my first time inside the store during my lunch hour break from work and they took forever to take my order, preparing and only had two staff working one could not speak English at all (female) and the other guy barely and very rude. I asked for steak n cheese and just rudely told me they were out. No sorry nothing. He looked like he was having the worse day of his life and looks so unhappy working there. It was close to 1 pm which was past rush hour for lunch but still I had to wait 30 minutes to get a single sandwich and the female staff let one of the customers cut in front of other customers. I really wanted to just leave and go someplace else but I didn’t have enough time because I had to go back to work. That place made be late so much and when I ate the sandwich (roast beef) it was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever had. I do not recommend this subway location and Will Never Be Returning!! Even though I live close to my house! They need to fix on everything!! Otherwise they will lose all the customers! Extremely disappointed in Subway not sure where in the world they hire people from.
