Subway in Crosby is a great atmosphere, well kept Excellent service and food. But they are needing more workers and they are always low on lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, banana peppers etc. I'm giving them The Benefits of doubts they can improve! This was hands-down the worst service I’ve ever received at any Subway. The girl with the gold teeth was unbelievably disrespectful. Her attitude was nasty from the moment we walked in — she didn’t listen, she rolled her eyes, rushed us, and acted like we were bothering her just by ordering.
It got so bad I had to tell her to move away from my food because her behavior was completely unprofessional and honestly disgusting. I’ve never had to say that to an employee anywhere.
The ONLY person who showed any type of customer service was the other young lady, and I genuinely felt bad she had to work next to someone like that.
Management needs to deal with this immediately because that kind of attitude should not be anywhere near customers or food.

This morning I visited this location. Everything was fine until checkout, when the lady behind the counter tried to use a calculator instead of her work-issued computer, saying the system was down. She was trying to double-charge me for a salad. I had two scoops of meat, which comes out to $10 something, not $20. She and the store worker are stealing people's money and overcharging. She also started yelling at me to never come back, and I won't. Trust me! She was trying to get me out of my character. I ended up leaving the salad right there and won't be back ever.
This Subway is the best one on the beltway. The workers are very friendly. There’s this one worker named SAMANTHA, every time a customer comes in she greets u with a smile and warm positivity! If only there were more people like SAMANTHA in customer service.

I hate the fact that the woman at night doesn’t want to work but still works there, sad for me. It kills my hunger to see the server is always agitated at the fact that they are in food service and people go there to eat and for that they pay. She isnt doing it for free but oh god someone please let her know!

Terrible service at this place. I arrived to get my food, and from the moment she started serving us, a young woman attacked us, saying all the breads were Italian and it was obvious. I then told her what sauces I wanted. The other young man with her didn't listen, closed my sandwich, and yelled at me that I had to ask for the sauces before she closed it. My response was clearly that I asked for them, but the young man didn't hear me and laughed at me. I told him to be more polite, since I also worked in fast food. This young woman's name is Samantha. It was her first time shopping here, and what a bad night she had. I will come back and repeat that her name is Samantha.
