This morning I visited this location. Everything was fine until checkout, when the lady behind the counter tried to use a calculator instead of her work-issued computer, saying the system was down. She was trying to double-charge me for a salad. I had two scoops of meat, which comes out to $10 something, not $20. She and the store worker are stealing people's money and overcharging. She also started yelling at me to never come back, and I won't. Trust me! She was trying to get me out of my character. I ended up leaving the salad right there and won't be back ever.

This Subway is the best one on the beltway. The workers are very friendly. There’s this one worker named SAMANTHA, every time a customer comes in she greets u with a smile and warm positivity! If only there were more people like SAMANTHA in customer service.

I hate the fact that the woman at night doesn’t want to work but still works there, sad for me. It kills my hunger to see the server is always agitated at the fact that they are in food service and people go there to eat and for that they pay. She isnt doing it for free but oh god someone please let her know!

Terrible service at this place. I arrived to get my food, and from the moment she started serving us, a young woman attacked us, saying all the breads were Italian and it was obvious. I then told her what sauces I wanted. The other young man with her didn't listen, closed my sandwich, and yelled at me that I had to ask for the sauces before she closed it. My response was clearly that I asked for them, but the young man didn't hear me and laughed at me. I told him to be more polite, since I also worked in fast food. This young woman's name is Samantha. It was her first time shopping here, and what a bad night she had. I will come back and repeat that her name is Samantha.

I just arrived to buy my sandwich and nowhere had I received the attention I received today from SAMANTHA It was TERRIBLE service that she is providing to all her clients. She is a person who should not be hired for places like this. She was RUDE, with a repugnant attitude and very discriminatory with her attitude. It was very terrible and VERY BAD service of very poor quality with insults and discrimination towards her clients WITHOUT empathy and very disrespectful!!!!

I just want to make sure I got a refund I called twice no one answered the third time I got to a lady and I told her I wanted a refund bc I accidentally set it for pick up instead of delivery, she set me down for a while I could still hear people came back asked me if I wanted a refund I said yes and then radio silence on the other end, idk what happened I get it if your busy just throwing it out there I want a refund please and thank you

I asked to have my wrap cut in half…she cut it partially in half! When I asked if she would cut it all the way through, further bad attitude! She acted as if I, the customer, was bothering her!
Too bad! It’s a very clean Subway…everything looks fresh! And I work overnight so I was happy to find a 24 hour Subway…but if that’s how I have to be treated, I’ll spend my money elsewhere! And I always tip…this time I did not!

Subway manager KARINA had buffalo sauce on her gloves and refused to change them . Then thee my food down when I told her If she didn't change her gloves I didn't want her to make my food. Talked to me disrespectful because I asked her to be change gloves.. since when is that too much to ask . Why throw food down and be rude smh can you say CORPORATE!

I bought a turkey Bacon Avocado wrap. It was disgusting?the avocado was sour…and the cheese was sour….I called only for the person who answered to hang up on me when I asked for the manager!!! SMH I called again and they said manager is busy…food. And customer service is horrible

The food there is great I had Buffalo chicken with pepperoni slices along with lettuce tomatoes and jalapeños. Not only that but it's great to eat if you have high cholesterol because it has the necessity to combat it

On 4/30/2024 about 6:50pm I was at the location getting my Subway sandwich. One of the employees was not following proper hell coat standards. This place is a nasty place to eat at. I will never recommend this place to no one because someone is sick at this location managers don’t know what they’re doing employees don’t like to follow help code disgusting place to be
