Gaby was the only worker, despite a couple of limitations in the cheese options she was super fast and efficient. Very polite and very friendly! Food was good too!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today. I placed an order through DoorDash, and due to the first Dasher taking too long to deliver, I was issued a refund and placed a new order. Upon the arrival of the new Dasher, the employee working there argued with him about remaking the order.

When I asked her politely why she wasn’t preparing the new order, she responded, “Because it’s not our fault you didn’t receive your order.” I explained that I had paid for a new order, which is why the Dasher was there to pick it up, but she still refused to make it. Her refusal to provide basic customer service was baffling, and she even sarcastically said, “Thank you,” when I told her I would write a review about her behavior.

It’s simple math—if a new order is paid for, it should be prepared. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to do her job was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management provide better training for employees on how to handle situations like this. Customers deserve to be listened to and treated respectfully, not argued with. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I sincerely hope improvements are made.

I’ve been ordering the same exact sandwich from subway for about 15 years now. Whoever made the veggie delite I ordered via DoorDash tonight, I just want you to know nobody’s ever made it for me as perfectly as you have. Bread was fresh, perfectly toasted, the ratios of the ingredients were perfect. Immaculate. 10/10. Compliments to the chef. I am very satisfied.

Having bathrooms, they hatefully denied me bathroom service. It can't be that in a business at the level they are in, they don't have the bathroom open. I think the employee doesn't like to wash it. It's my humble opinion.
