I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but my recent visit to Subway was really frustrating. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the veggies looked like they had been sitting out for a while. My sandwich was put together carelessly, with uneven portions and a soggy mess by the time I sat down.
Service wasn’t great either. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering. For the price, I expected something a lot better—especially since there are so many other places that offer fresher and better-tasting options.
Overall, I left disappointed and don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

This is my go to Subway. Everything is so CLEAN and ORGANIZED! Great customer service from the employees and the manager Lili is very sweet and professional. If your in the area, this is the subway to stop by in.
And btw, for the person who took the time to mention an employee's skin condition on a google review, get a life. These are workers just trying to making a living. Why make it harder for them?

I want to start by saying that I feel bad for the employee, as I could see she was dealing with some really bad eczema on her hands. However, I couldn’t help but feel concerned about the food handling. She was wearing very thin gloves that didn’t seem like they provided much protection, and the place itself didn’t look very clean, which made me hesitant. Additionally, her uniform appeared to have dandruff, which just added to my concerns about hygiene overall.
I really think that with the right precautions, like thicker gloves and a bit more focus on cleanliness, the experience could have been much better. I understand that people can’t always control health issues like eczema, but I do think proper hygiene measures need to be in place, especially when handling food.
I hope the staff can get the support they need to ensure both their health and the customers’ safety.

Ridiculous customer service, just because these employees want to leave early. They close the restroom almost an hour before they close because they want to clean it early. They are out of most toppings and some meats. The drink machine is half broken and when you tell them that certain flavors is out they just say it's out then. Poor service all around.
I been eating subway for many years, and this place sold my wife a roast beef with one slice ONE SLICE of roast beef , now I'm sure and 1000 %positive that of of the million times I've eating a roast beef sandwich i don't just eat bread with vegetables this place is a scam don't go here don't order here they will put less ingredients on your sandwich

Tuesday at 735pm I tried to walk in but store was told already closed, should have closed at 8pm and staff were sitting inside on chairs

The workers are always nice and this place makes the food spot on as long as you order in person. Twice now I have ordered online to pickup in store and both times they forgot to add the avocado that I paid $2 extra for!! If it were free it would not be as big of a deal but they charge $2 extra to add avocado

Don’t come here, go to the one on N. MainI came in on 5/22/24 around lunch time. The manager is pleasant but she was not present, the other employees are not, I can’t give you their names as they didn’t have badges on.The employees refused to provide me with customer services number as I wanted to call due to having issues with the gift card. When I requested the number I was told “I just work here”. Any competent employee would find the number it was not the case with the employees, instead there was attitude and they escalated the situation, I was met with poor customer service and incompetence. I will not be returning.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and they almost always close early or have the door locked. The manager said they let go of the person doing that, but it’s still happening.
