I went to this location after about two - three years or so as I had been craving a sandwich. I walked in, no one else was there but the lady. She only greeted me after I walked up to the start of the sandwich line, I felt unwelcomed by that point. I keep staring at the proteins because they just don't look the way I had remembered. She proceeds to toast what would've been my sandwich had I not glanced over at the more than obviously rotting vegetables. The lettuce was turning purple, the bell peppers were clearly old and sliced days ago, and there was VISIBLE mold on the tomatoes. I was trying so hard not to gag that I had to make up so crazy excuse not to buy the sandwich after she got it out of the toaster. Mind you, an online order came in and I know for a fact that those vegetables were used to complete that order. I will never come back here ever again.

The employees working did not speak English, so was unable to offer even the most basic k customer service. My online order was made wrong, which I didn’t know until I got home. I drove back to subway to have my order replaced, but got blank stares and the employees looking at each other while speaking to each other….not in English. It took me over an hour to get my order replaced and it still was not right. I asked for a refund but just kept getting blank stares. Great scam, you have my money, who cares if I get what I paid for, right?!?!

Walked in at 1:30 on a Thursday. One worker sitting, one helping 2 people order and one on bread. Cool, Ill wait and check the menu. While watching the customers in front of me ask for a plastic knife because the footlong wasn’t cut and the lady tried to hand him a cup I notice there are No kids meals anymore? Ok, Ill just get her a 6 inch. Cool.

Me: Hi, can I get a 6 in ham and turkey on white.
Employee: No turkey
Me: you have NO turkey?
Employee: No
Me: Ok thanks anyway Bye

I feel I am very understanding with restaurants after working in them so long. But in this case I can see why you are so slow and so many locations are being closed down.

Awful place, couldnt get my order done right, the staff didnt speak any english, and they werent even trying to communicate without getting an attitude. Dont bother ordering online, they cant read the order either, staff sucks

I was severely annoyed with the interactions I had today at this subway. The lady didn't speak any English and I even said Nino for kids with the very little Spanish knowledge I have and she still made the sandwich too big. The other lady came out to take my order and she also barely spoke English. Because the other lady made the sandwich too big the other lady was trying to charge me more. They also didn't wanna do the kids combo which comes with a drink and a side. If you are going to work in customer service like this you should at least be able to know the basic commands of your job in the common language. Oh and this is the worst choc chip cookie I have ever had from there. Overcooked.

Last two times I have been there atleast a month apart the mens restroom is out of service. I work outside and needed to wash my hands. Will not be back for that reason alone.

The two females that was working Saturday, February 1, 2025 did not speak English. I was asking about the foot-long special and one of them had to call somebody who did speak English. I started to leave because it was confusion between the two and two phone calls have to be made for my order to be complete The top it off when I got home the sandwich was not all that not even worth my time I hate this because I’ve been to Subway I believe off of Highway six and it was so good and fresh, but I can’t remember the exact location. Needless to say, I won’t be at this location my first time and last time.

Food is visibly old. The kiddos and I all felt sick a few hours after eating. They are out of or limited on products and supplies, employees are ok but need better training- seems like an owner/management issue with this location. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting.
