I bought a sandwich here and it was good no complaint. The only thing is the woman who took care of me seem like she was new so she had to ask for help a couple of times which I don’t mind. She did give me a rip $5 bill which I didn’t noticed until I left.
Neither "sandwich maker" could understand English. I should not have to used a English to Spanish translator on my phone to order a damn sandwich!

The 2 women working there on 10/15/23 around 5:00 p.m are both the most clueless humans there is. Ordered 3 Subways online and didn't check them until we got home, ALL 3 SANDWICHES WERE WRONG AND THEY WONT ASNWER THE PHONE. Common sense isn't very common anymore!

The staff were not pleasant. One seemed distracted and rushed to get out of there. She was rude. The other staff member could barely speak English. This made for a frustrating order. The bread tasted old. So much so I threw the sandwich away and just ate the chips.This location has certainly gone downhill. I will not be returning.

Well, today, on May 27, 2023, at approximately 3:25, I met two aliens that fixed me and my husband's food. They didn't greet us (dead silence) they could not comprehend anything we wanted on our sandwiches!! And they didn't say our total aloud. We had to just swipe our card. NO, THANKS OR NOTHING!! IM ASSUMING THEY WERE ALIENS! I have had deaf friends, blind friends, and they can smile and communicate, so no excuses! At this point, bring on A.I. I will find a new subway location if I am craving it!!! We go there 3 times a week and it is sad every time we go. The hiring manager should be fired!!! How do you manage to hire 4 people with no personality, in customer, while breathing over people's food??

I was craving a sandwich and there are 2 choices in my area which are Jersey Mikes and Subway. I chose subway so I can use one of the offers that they are promoting. I placed my order and my sandwich had some ingredients that I never requested to have on it plus they made the sandwich using the wrong bread. I was already home so i just ate it since there was nothing I could do at this point. For future reference there’s a Jersey Mikes down the road from this subway, Go there instead!
