Please hire more employees. One person at work and she could not handle the workload. Didn’t receive a proper greeting either. I left after being there for so long. I was only able to select my bread option just to be told to hold on while she completed a pickup order.

I recently went to this Subway and unfortunately they could not break my 100 dollar bill, which is understandable. The part that made me upset is they started bad mouthing me in Spanish assuming I couldn't understand them because of my skin color. My meta glasses translated everything. Not cool bro

Te night shift girl does really need need to go. I own 3 subways in Dallas Texas and this girls is far away from subway customer service standard requirement. What a lack of professionalism. A guy walked in waited in the line to order a sandwich I guess he wanted to quickly use the restroom and the girl told him sorry only staff can use it. I came to order the sandwich asked her for more veggies and she said no. I was like who Manages this place. Who is in charge of looking after this incompetent type of employee. If this was my store I be sending that girl and whoever treats customers like this to apply somewhere else. People finish their day or sometime is their day off and just wanna enjoy a nice subway sandwich. This place treats people like trash. At least this girl. Shame shame shame. Never returning to this place and I hope that if I return I don’t see this person again. What a disgusting experience .
Everytime I come here there’s something. The problem of today a woman I’m not sure of her name but she has glasses and acne. As I am ordering my food she asks me what kind of meat I want and I didn’t hear her well due to her speaking low, the glass pane between us and the loud machines. When I ask her to repeat herself, she snaps at me with a rude attitude “what kind of meat do you want!” I said “steak please”. She asks if I want it toasted and she must have forgot how you’re supposed to act working in customer service. Also she gave to smallest portions of everything but I expected it because last time I was there I asked another woman if I could taste a price of cheese to see if I liked it and she was like “no I can’t” I feel like that’s a bit too much. Anyways whatever you do drive the extra mile because this place has the worse customer service and everytime I go in i regret it! Honestly they need a re-staff.
