I ordered DoorDash and my order was made incorrectly just for me to have to go to the store and ask him to fix it but he was trying to tell me what I asked for isn’t something they do. I’ve been coming to subway getting the same sandwich for almost 10 years but instead of wanting to make my sandwich correctly or answering the phone when I called they sat and talked to friends instead

Hey everyone dont buy at this subway they will steal your money and not give ypu ypur food like it happened to me tonight i was charged for 2 sandwitches but they only make me one even though i talked to the manager and try to resolve the issue she wasnt comoetent to do so and so i request a refund for the 2 sandwiches i paid for not i dont have the food i paid for or the money,they rather through away the sandwich then making me the other one they were missing,this manager shouldnt be a manager because she knows nothing about business and how to male a customer happy specially that i have prove i paid for it this is the last time im buying here charles on eldridge is better then this bolony.
Didnt add any black olives when i had selected to add more olives in my salad

I wish I would’ve gotten this girl‘s name! It was at 6:30 PM on Sunday, June 16, 2024. This girl handled previous customers with grace. They asked for extra things, complained about things that shouldn’t have been complained about (my opinion, as I saw their order), she also did everything with a smile! Then comes me, not that I was a difficult customer, but still this girl had a smile! She made my sandwich to perfection as ordered, and I will definitely return here again. The restaurant was clean and stocked well. Excellent customer service even when she was given flack that was unnecessary. Give this girl a raise! I tipped her well, and I hope she gets the tip because she was by herself, and she was very deserving of said tip.
