Went in to get my usual sandwich. I asked the lady did they have more product and she said no an proceeded to continue with my sandwich. I asked for extra spinach and onions. She put just a small amount of spinach and no onion. I asked the lady at the register again about product but she just shook her head no. Upon checking out I wanted a combo. I told her chips and a small drink. She took it upon herself to upcharge me even though I told her small. I was so frustrated I walked out. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was the worst service everVegetarian options: I would recommend but not at this location

Person making the sandwiches was slow and incompetent. My order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after it said it would be, so I had to stand there and wait. He kept making mistakes and I had to correct him, and even then he still managed to mess up. The sandwiches were cold (all but one was toasted) and soggy and gross by the time we got to eat them, and my sister could have died because he put banana peppers on hers when they weren't supposed to be and she's allergic.

Oh, when ordering my sub, I was told by the people at the counter that no items are allowed to be “on the side.” I want to sandwich that’s not gonna be soggy when I have time to eat it, but they won’t allow me to have tomatoes and things on the side.Then I tried to order a bowl, there is some brown lettuce on the right, and some green lettuce on the left. When I asked for that with the green lettuce. I was told No. They say they have to use the brown let us first. So I can’t get things on the side and they’re only gonna serve me Brown let us even though they’ve got green lettuce right next to it. These people obviously don’t want my business

Customer service was non existent . Would not let me watch the process of the sand which making . Man comes out hands are not washed and starts yelling at me as soon as he came out . Told me I had to sit in a certain area or he would cancel my food .

It’s says that they open at 7 on Saturday yet u got here at 8:22 the door is locked and it looks like He’s still setting up they didn’t turn on the open sign until 8:25.

Staff is very nonchalant and don't really care for much. The food is tasty but they always have limited items. Such as no lettuce one day or no pickles the next. Its never consistent. But still the closest one to me so ill keep going for

The ladies here are very serious . When I asked for a kids meal they said the owner here didn’t do that here. No spinach either. And when I asked for Jalapeños they said since they will be close TOMORROW - they didn’t put none out .. I left on unsatisfied. I must say however, it was very clean .
