I got an foot long sandwich I kid you not this man put 5 pieces of ham on the breast he was rude the drink machine had about 20-30 nats flying around it when I went to get my drink he didn’t let the ovens go off when I asked for my sandwich toasted cheese wasn’t melted all the way DO NOT come here GO ELSEWHERE

Disappointing.

They double charged me for avocado and would not remove it from my receipt because I wanted extra spinach. I had to ask for a refund and leave without a sandwich after waiting for 20min. For the order to be complete. Highly disappointed. I’ve never been charged extra for spinach except for this location.

Every time I come to pick up my mobile order here I have to wait 5 min just to get acknowledged by the staff walking around twiddling their thumbs. I ordered chocolate chip cookies and the employee says something to the supervisor in Spanish (apparently that they’re out of chocolate chip) and the supervisor instructs her to give me the raisin cookies instead. The woman hands me my food and that’s when I discover I got raisin cookies. Didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted the raisin cookies. Zero effort to communicate and tried to be sneaky about it too. Bottom of the barrel staffing here.

The guy who prepared my sandwich did it quickly but he must have thought I was on a diet. There was very little on the sandwich. I even told him that's all you put on the sandwich. Not just meat but lettuce & onions too. I was hungry, pressed for time and nothing else close by, I bought the sandwich. I will never return.

I eat at subways throughout the country weekly. The awful experience that i had were brought on by this employee at this location. I always write good reviews but on this experience I had to rt about our treatment. The lady was so rude and the customer service was so bad I had to write this. The lady wouldn't even look smile say thank you or even acknowledge our order. I thought she couldnt speak english but she xould. Hopeful this will help or at least gain some attention to help subway keep their good name. 3/9/24. Afternoon

the guy that works here is a bit rude. I thought it was me but as i read other comments, other customers has experienced the same thing. he was very rude. He would huff at any request asked (more lettuce, more onion, etc.). I asked “how much is it to add bacon” and he reacted in a very obvious, annoyed manner. When I initially walked in he asked what I wanted and when I told him I was still deciding he waived his hand in a dismissal manner. I haven’t touch my food yet but his customer service is was fairly odd. It seemed like personal frustration.
