I eat at subways throughout the country weekly. The awful experience that i had were brought on by this employee at this location. I always write good reviews but on this experience I had to rt about our treatment. The lady was so rude and the customer service was so bad I had to write this. The lady wouldn't even look smile say thank you or even acknowledge our order. I thought she couldnt speak english but she xould. Hopeful this will help or at least gain some attention to help subway keep their good name. 3/9/24. Afternoon

the guy that works here is a bit rude. I thought it was me but as i read other comments, other customers has experienced the same thing. he was very rude. He would huff at any request asked (more lettuce, more onion, etc.). I asked “how much is it to add bacon” and he reacted in a very obvious, annoyed manner. When I initially walked in he asked what I wanted and when I told him I was still deciding he waived his hand in a dismissal manner. I haven’t touch my food yet but his customer service is was fairly odd. It seemed like personal frustration.

The Hispanic guy that works here is miserable and always in a bad mood for no reason. Subway should pay for some therapy for him because I think he has some mental issues.. Always trying to rush when the store is completely empty and always trying to clean and close early!

I went in this location and ordered and as the woman was giving my wrap, I asked her if that was all the meat she was going to put in my wrap & she never responded. So, I left her with that measly amount of chicken that she started making a $10+ wrap.

The world has apparently changed, and not for the better for the customer! This used to be a nice place to come for lunch. Now, you're lucky if you get acknowledged when you come in. I stopped by and waited in line while the two employees frantically made subs for online orders. After waiting 10 minutes and people started leaving, I asked "how long until I can order?" The response was they didn't know, didn't really care to figure it out, and that I could go to another $ubway if I wanted to. Unfortunately, these two couldn't muster the brain power to interweave online orders and the orders of people standing right in front of them so that all their customers could be happy. I only wish I had remembered to record and post the encounter online so everyone could benefit from the comedic experience. As annoying as that was, I can't blame the two employees. They're likely just poorly paid workers who couldn't get a job anywhere better. The real problem is management, who presumably taught them to ignore real people for paper order printouts. Escalating my experience to management via email basically led to a response of (and I'm summarizing) "I didn't really read your message, but I don't really care. I make plenty of money regardless of customer satisfaction." It fits given their current Yelp rating!Don't get me started on Subway's (relatively) new, unnecessarily rigid menu.

We decided to have subway tonight because we seen an ad for if you order in the app the buy one get one free foot long. So I decided to go to this subway since it was closes to us. (Mind you I haven’t had subway in over 2 years) As I’m in the car trying to order on line he waved through the window and pointed at his watch which I thought was odd. I walked in with my young daughter around 8:31pm and immediately felt uncomfortable. He was basically rushing us to order at 8:31pm when they closed at 9:00pm. I told him I was trying to order from the app because of the special. He said he didn’t know nothing about it. So I asked him if they had any specials inside because he said if I ordered on the app he wouldn’t get the order till around 8:45pm. Again, he immediately made me feel uncomfortable with my young daughter rushing me to order. I just left and went to another subway because what you’re not going to do is rush me to spend my money when you’re open for another 30 mins. He needs to check his attitude, it’s bad for business. Customer service says a lot when patronizing at an establishment. I won’t be returning!
