Avoid this location today. 7/20/25. The lady working the counter is in a foul mood. Based on the phone conversation she was having with someone, we could hear her complaining about someone being fired and she had to open the store. She told us to hold, while she went to the back to continue her phone conversation. I decided to kindly allowed her time finish her phone conversation, that was apparently more important than customers, and ordered through the app. I accidentally forgot to request my sandwich toasted and let her know. I recieved a smirk. I also saw her placing lettuce & tomatoes on my sandwich and apologized and asked for them to be removed. For that I recieved rolled eyes and a dissatisfied nod. I was having a really bad day too, but never did I treat her rude or with disrespect. I understand she is at work when she doesn't want to be, but that isn't my fault one of her friends got fired and now she was asked to go in. 1. Customer service was really bad today. 2. That phone call should have waited for a time where customers couldn't hear the conversation or hear her complain. I hope her day gets better.. Please don't go in if you don't want to and then be rude to customers. Remember, you agreed to SHOW UP. So provide, at the least, decent customer service, or dont GO in. My two cents. I hope she has a better day. 🦋

The lady that barely spoke in English July 19 2025 time 3:40 pm was racist.. why we can't have black employees where we spent our money at in the establishment.. is majority of black people we don't need no racial profiling against the black people. The Mexican lady was very rude.

Horrible experience, items missing off my sub, sub not toasted and made incorrectly, the workers had a horrible attitude arguing about the incorrect order to the point where I don’t even want them to remake the sandwhich I will just contact corporate to express my disappointment with the services received!

It was a good evening enjoy a sandwich on fresh bread. Drink options. Not a lot of people inside. Yeah, the lady does seem like she is not there to work, but at least she has help. Cookies, chips, nachos and hot honey.

They don’t answer the phone I just yesterday ordered online the steak taste undone and my stomach was hurting just because you put it in the toaster it doesn’t cook the meat that meat should be done already but it taste medium medium well I live 2 minutes from the store my food was cold the meatballs was bland I’m coming in today with the food my tummy is still hurting I’m going to urgent care as well
