I had an Uber pick-up. Order was placed 15 minutes before I arrived. The lady on the counter was very rude. When I asked to take care of my order she refused and stated she will first attend the other customers. Unnecessary waiting impacts our earning potentials as she wasted my 25 minutes.

Please fix the issues with this location. In the past two weeks, I have stopped here for breakfast and wasn't able to get my transaction completed because the cash register stopped functioning. They said maybe it's because of the coupon you are using. NO, it's not the coupon because I use them all the time. I'm done with subway at 3607-A Old Spanish Traol. Such a waste of my time.

The young lady working was very rude. My sandwich States 2x pepper jack cheese. She refused. She physically tried to stop a homeless man from getting something to drink yet let two ladies come in anf fill up cups. Then her and the other lady working were speaking in Spanish while we were trying to say what toppings we wanted. Love Subway, will not go back to the one closest to my house.

I visited this establishment today with a coupon to get two sandwiches. They have it now where you can't see the meat that you want. I ordered a Black Forest ham sandwich and I wanted to see what the meat look like before investing. The young lady that waited on me acted as if she was annoyed when I asked her to show me the meat. She snatched up a few pieces of meat and showed them to me and then slung them back over in the bin where she got them from. I asked her was she all right and if she didn't want to do her job I could go somewhere else. At this point, her whole attitude changed and she became calmer. I'm not sure why these fast food workers act like it's the customer's fault because they work there! Subway has got to do better with their employees and make it where they want to come to work and treat the customers with respect because, in the end it's the customers that keeps the business going.

So I did stop coming here a year ago because the older women that worked here was mean with a nasty a$$ attitude but the ladies there now are so sweet, it’s so clean in there and food/veggies looks great! Before the toaster always was broken, the sauces always was nasty and the window for the food! Just nasty, cold drink area just nasty! Now I can come back and buy my food! Thanks
