Walked in at 8:35 p.m. was refused service told that the place closes at 8:00 The door was open the sign on the door says 9 went back and forth with the server and then was they didn't have what I wanted in the first place asked for the manager. Wasn't on the premises. Didn't have a contact number.

I went today and ordered a footlong sandwich and was asked did I want anything else, I said just a cup for water please, she was gonna charge me 2.50$ I’m a mailman, their mailman to be exact, working in. 110° heatwave. I just think Thts bad customer service. Not the first time having a issue

Horrible service!! Came in to order 2 sandwiches during my lunch break and ended up leaving with nothing! The process since the beginning was bad, the 2 Hispanic ladies making the sandwiches didn’t seem to want to do their job, giving me an attitude and rolling their eyes. I told her “Do you not want to do your job? Because if you don’t I can go elsewhere” she told her coworker in Spanish thinking I didn’t h derstand her “ este muchacho tiene una actitud fea, ni que fuera mi patron” meaning “ this guy has a horrible attitude, acting like he was my boss.” She also got mad because I told her that the lettuce was black that I wanted some fresh one and she said in Spanish “wow inspection came today too?” I ignored her d*** comments and I told her to please clean 1 of the knifes that had mayo because my coworker is allergic and she still proceeded to do it. What would’ve happened if I would’ve never seen her so that? My coworker would’ve ate that sandwich and would’ve ended up in the hospital. Horrible place!!! Managers or owners need to do something about changing their staff.
Customer service is beyond terrible. I went in to order and no one behind the counter even took the time to greet me or try and take my order. When I spoke up about it they were looking at each other confused and one said no "we no English". How can you work on a very heavily populated African American neighborhood and no one speaks English. Needless to say I left without getting anything!
