I wish I could give any kind of stars but I never received my food so I can't. Made the order through Subway's actual website, websites said there was an error, however, they sure did charge my card. When I go to the store, they are quite useless and unwilling to help at 8pm. Both customer service numbers make you leave a message, or they just don't answer the phone. I pass by here every single day twice a day, and now I know why I've never had the urge to go in.

I always place online orders to pick up in store.
Never had a problem, until today when they forgot to complete my order and I had to wait for them to do it. Not only did they take forever they complained about how I ordered it, saying next ti.e add "toasted" in the notes.......
