I watched one of the ladies here get absolutely verbally abused by a customer. To the point where I almost said something. But she was so good and calm and professional. You couldn't even tell this person was bothering her. I wish I had that kind of control. This happened Feb 28 2024. Please show this to the two girls who were working.

So me and my husband walked in the subway and 2 employees were there the place was empty they did not even greet us or acknowledge we were there we stood there for over 5 minutes as the one lady was sweeping and the other lady was on her phone so we ended up walking out absolutely disgusted with the service and they should be fired we are A interracial couple and feel like that had something to do with it at the least they could have said hold on no they both looked at us and continue to do other things. Absolutely unacceptable and just plain rude

The "manager" is rude and so disrespectful to customers. She doesn't understand English very well but gets super mad when you correct her when ordering. She makes fun of people and complains about people in Spanish assuming no one understands her. There is absolutely NO place to call and complain about restaurant experience. I'm done eating at subway.
