Emily was very rude. She was the one making my sandwich and she over toasted my sandwich when I told her I didn't want it toasted. She had a very bad attitude and threw my subway on the counter. Subway needs becareful who they hire. Very bad services

I asked for spinach and she put 3 pieces of spinach on my six inch sandwich l, i asked for more and she deadass added two more pieces!! I wish i could make this up, but I’m not. To top that off, they only added one strip of bacon to my rotisserie chicken and bacon sandwich, one! Poor quality food and service. Don’t come here, not worth your time nor money.

Horrible service to resolve order problems. I ordered on the app 25 days ago because today is 06/07, the order went as usual because I ordered often, I arrived at the place and there was no electricity and they told me that the electricity had barely gone out and that my order did not come out and for They didn't do that to me, but there was a charge in the app and my bank showed "pending" to which they told me to wait a few days and they would return the money to me (the bank, not them) I waited several days and returned since The payment had been cleared and I showed them and they did not resolve anything, they gave me the number of the corporation, I called but all the options send you to the website, none to speak with a representative, I sent an email explaining the problem and I never received a response until today day, today I went again to see if now they would resolve me and NOTHING, I should call the Bank so they could tell me what happened ?, the truth is I only put this comment in case something similar happens to any of you. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SEE WHO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM because no MANAGER or the corporation is going to solve the problem, better call your bank and make the claim that they are the ones who are going to help you reverse the payment in these situations.
SUBWAY does not have any number where you can talk to a representative, something that is very frustrating when complaining about the service or wanting to solve problems since the MANAGERS are useless to NOTHING or to solve ANYTHING, so my question is? Why do they have managers if they are not capable of making decisions in problems of this type?

I really love Subway, but they are similar to Chipotle, where if you are not there in front of them, watching them make your sandwich it will be missing ingredients, made wrong, or not enough ingredients. My mistake was ordering online and picking them up. I ordered a total of 4 sandwiches, 1 sandwich did not have the same portion sizes as the other sandwiches, and a second sandwich had ingredients not ordered. Subway sandwiches are really great ,but I suggest going in person and watching them make your sandwiches for better results.

We have to be careful with our race, the prices in the application are some, instead they charged me a dollar more for a BMT... Because they no longer make regular BMT, this one comes with more cheese and blah blah blah, they are wrong, agree on those franchise owners...
They don't add more. Very little meat, only the bread and the vegetables are giving too much money for only vegetables in a bread.

Tried calling numerous times last night to inform them that the FIVE orders they were making for pickup between 8:40pm and 9pm (received an email for each one) was not placed by me. I live in TN!! NOT Houston!! But they sure as Hell were being charged to me!! NO ONE ANSWERED the phone, for THIRTY MINS straight!! So, one can only assume that the closing shift was in on the theft of $57 worth of food. And yes, theft, cause they ended up not being paid for afterall. Card is cancelled and all charges reversed back to me. And now the payback will commense.

The people work here at subway I ask them to wash your hands than did not hear me and keep doing and the cashier run by touch the paper and go play with money and the girls make the sub don't understand English that good....

Placed an online order through the app but whoever made this was extremely sloppy and didn’t make it how I asked. There’s barely any lettuce, I can count the spinach leaves on one hand and I asked for extra banana and peppers and there’s literally 3. They didn’t even bother toasting it even though it was in the directions. If I’m paying almost $10, I expect to at least get what I paid for. Called the store and no answer. No greeting when you walk in either. I’ll pick a different Subway for lunch moving forward.
