Tried calling numerous times last night to inform them that the FIVE orders they were making for pickup between 8:40pm and 9pm (received an email for each one) was not placed by me. I live in TN!! NOT Houston!! But they sure as Hell were being charged to me!! NO ONE ANSWERED the phone, for THIRTY MINS straight!! So, one can only assume that the closing shift was in on the theft of $57 worth of food. And yes, theft, cause they ended up not being paid for afterall. Card is cancelled and all charges reversed back to me. And now the payback will commense.

The people work here at subway I ask them to wash your hands than did not hear me and keep doing and the cashier run by touch the paper and go play with money and the girls make the sub don't understand English that good....

If I could give zero I would. I wanted a water cup for water. They don't have water cups. So I wanted to buy one and she told Me it's the price of The soda instead Of telling me the price the lady was so unprofessional. Idk if she was having a bad day or she just don't like her job but it was an horrible experience.

Not much to say, it's a Subway joint like hundreds others. But even though there was only one person working there, doing everything by himself, the place was remarkably clean and orderly, plus fully stocked, which these days seems to be more and more a problem. So I liked it !!

Placed an online order through the app but whoever made this was extremely sloppy and didn’t make it how I asked. There’s barely any lettuce, I can count the spinach leaves on one hand and I asked for extra banana and peppers and there’s literally 3. They didn’t even bother toasting it even though it was in the directions. If I’m paying almost $10, I expect to at least get what I paid for. Called the store and no answer. No greeting when you walk in either. I’ll pick a different Subway for lunch moving forward.
