She charged me for an extra cheese… when there is suppose too be two slices of cheese included already…. Not just one slice for the whole 6 inch… than the serving sizes for the veggies were like 3 leaves of spinach, one tomato, super small serving sizes…
I’m gonna waste my time going back in being like “can I have my .50 cents back I was charged extra when I should” subway please teach your staff how to charge extra when it is truly extra. Time 4:00pm 12/12/25 lady in black shirt and blue jean shorts.
Worker caught an attitude because I couldn’t hear her. I asked for the daily deal and at the register I was charged everything separated and a different sub. I asked and the attitude continue. Overall the sub was good.

I went in just to get a sandwich I wasn’t expecting overly nice treatment, but also not bad service either. The cashier gave me an attitude when she charged me for a medium cup but handed me a small. When I asked why, she insisted she only charged me for a small. I trusted her, but once I looked at the receipt, it clearly showed a medium. When I pointed it out, she got an attitude in front of everyone and just snapped, “Well, just get it.” I don’t get what the issue was or why she snapped at me.

Poor work environment, poor management from Sergio , mid food, no over time, no lunch break, no paid overtime, employees aren't treated well, they can't keep tips, they get denied food even when customers aren't around. 1 star, ill be calling Human Resources. Do not come to this location.

It smells like sewer as soon as you walk thru the door. Please feel free to go by and judge for yourself
Don't bother trying to order a sandwich 45 minutes or less before they close. Ingredients already put away for the day.
I know you cannot expect much from a subway but the least they could do is provide good customer service to make up for all the bad. Place is dirty, restrooms never work, they serve old lettuce and the staff has the worst attitude and never smile or greet you. Worst of all they never answer the phone, why do they even have one at this point? You’re better off going to another subway.

Horrible service, I waited 7min to pay for only a drink, no hi or anything, I still tipped her. I asked if I can use the restroom and they quickly said that there not open with no reason, then asked me to fix the chair when I was leaving out the door after being refused to use the restroom, the afternoon shifts needs to step up and do there job!!! Not my first time here
They closed at 8 but supposedly they were supposed to close at 9?? like hello?😐
SERGIO is the WORST I was ther today for lunch. I noticed he did not change his gloves after preparing a churro, but I did not say anything about it. Then when I asked him for fresh tomatoes he got an attitude but did give me 2 tomatoes then I ask him to put more tomatoes he grabbed the old tomatoes and placed them on the sandwich. when i told him i didn't want those tomatoes he refused to give me what I wanted. I asked if i could get the lady to make my sandwich he said NO!! I had been here before and saw him get into it with another customer earlier this year. HE IS THE WORST. Does anyone know where I can file a complaint with corporate?
Jada welcomed us in with a smile close to closing and had great customer service. Made me give this subway 5 ?

Worst subway i have ever been to. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Staff are rude and don't know what they doing. They messup my order and the store was dirty. They don't change their gloves or wash their hands.
