ZERO stars, do not recommend! Go to Firehouse Subs down the block instead. I ordered the Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich but got a plain Salami sandwich. Bad customer service, no communication at all.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. Neither of the people behind the counter, spoke any English. I ordered online and thankfully got there while they were still making the sandwich because it was supposed to be a cold sandwich and they pulled it out of the oven. They then re-made the sandwich and because they didn’t speak any English they couldn’t build it properly and ended up putting the wrong sauce on the sandwich after making multiple corrections. I then had to have them make a whole new sandwich. Essentially wasting two sandwiches! I get that this restaurant is in a part of town where many people speak Spanish, but American restaurants should hire employees that can also speak English to eliminate these mistakes and frustration.

Wrong order ugly attitude that girl clearly doesn’t know the difference between chicken and beef. I order chicken got back to work and it was beef!!

The cashier girl was so rude, she did not talk, she yielded.
She was on facetiming and yielding, and she was not dressed for work, with very short shorts and a tank top showing her bra and was not wearing hair net or hat and serving food. Really!

This store is very nice, clean, everything is good.
I made an online order. I did some changes at the moment that I ordered. I picked my order and when I wanted to eat it, I noticed that they didn't make the changes in the toppings that I requested. I won't order online for this location. They don't care in pay attention
Sign says open but they won’t let people in to eat. Rude and false advertising on top of each other. I showed them through the doorway that says they’re open but they just shook their head and walked away refusing service.
