Sign says open but they won’t let people in to eat. Rude and false advertising on top of each other. I showed them through the doorway that says they’re open but they just shook their head and walked away refusing service.

I really wanted to eat Subway after watching their commercials, but my experience was very bad when a pregnant woman served me. It is the worst service I have ever had.. It is obvious that this lady is very unhappy now doing that job. I feel that she disrespected me because of the way she threw my sandwich at me. I do not recommend it!Vegetarian options: N/a

I placed an order online for here, I came here when it told me it was ready. When I got there, they said they would get me the order, and a solid 10 mins went by. I asked again when I noticed some of the employees serving customers walking in. They told me they didn't have the order ready, I was mad because I was already standing there for 15-20mins. They started to make a sub for me, but they started to put ingredients that I did not ask for in my order. I told them, and they started asking me to list off the ingredients because they didn't know the order. They also put ranch when I asked for creamy sriracha. In conclusion, the employees were undertrained and did not know what they were doing; would not recommend going here.

We ordered our company lunch, when we arrived someone else took our ordered. The manager refused to give a refund and ask to report to corporate when they were the irresponsible at action. They were supposed to ask and verify the order. She refused to re make. Instead she made us paid once more to get the order. At this time, we have not received the refund from the other order. Will never again order from here. This place needs to close down.

This lady at the register and this was the only time she ever moved talked extremely loud from when I walked in the door until I had to scream at her and leave I couldn’t even hear my own boss call me I was waiting for her to shut up she never did she stayed on speakerphone speaking in Spanish talking gossip well she was supposed to be working and had it so loud it was extremely annoying I asked her to turn it down she ignored me I had to finally scream on the top of my lungs to tell her to respect everybody around anybody who got their food walked out me and one other man were trying to eat the vegetables here are disgustingly dry like they’ve been sitting here for 3+ days they don’t want to work and she basically ran me out of the restaurant and everybody else I will never ever be back and I should have checked my food at her face she had zero consideration respect for anybody she acted as if it was her own home

The woman who did my order was unpleasant and uncomfortable to order with. She didn't pay attention and was talking to her friend the whole time so she kept getting my order wrong and treated me like an inconvenience or like it was my fault for having to ask her twice for the same thing. Didn't wear gloves and at the end was picking her nose when I was checking out and didn't even wash her hands before she helped the next person. It was pretty gross.

The male working was helpful as can be due to our him working overtime getting orders out , the lady worker dismissed us and basically refused to help us. The customers in line were staring and saying ugly remarks and the lady just laughed. We assured them that one is understand Spanish very well and they just all looked shocked and put their heads down. This is not a welcoming environment. I will no be returning.
