The younger staff are nicer, I dont even mind the slow dude. The short skinny middle aged woman is just awful. She needs a crash course on customer service. She exudes the worst energy, you dont even wanna dare ask for extra condiments. I hope and pray she doesnt handle my food. I'm never going to this location again. Rather drives 4-5 miles for better service.

Pretty disappointed with my most recent order. The bread I was served was so hard/tough it was barely edible. No one wants a sandwich with hard/tough bread.
This location used to be the best location, but recently when I went there at 9.32 PM the lady who works at night shift did not let me order. She was like they are closed for the day and they stopped taking order whereas usual time of closing subway is 10.00 PM. Also she turned off the light and ready to go. This was the worst experience at subway for very first time. Please hire some punctual and hardworking staff instead of rude and undisciplined staff.

I have no idea why the bad reviews . . . I've been to many locations and this one is by far the best location as far as preparing the sandwiches go. Even the wrapping is neatly done. I don't know who prepared my order (C8484076-04), but I hope I get served by the same person (999997) next time I place an order.

This location needs to hire better staff. There is a guy that is super slow and has no clue what he is doing and needs the female that works with him to redo and help him making the sandwiches. I placed an order online and when I picked them up he got EVERYTHING wrong on the sandwiches. Maybe train or hire more efficient and knowledgeable workers
