This is my third time going to this subway the first two times I thought that maybe they were just having a bad day but no, I just came from out of here and the manager of the subway is so rude. It’s ridiculous… not to mention they do not understand what you’re saying.. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to… will not be returning… me or my coworkers

I tried calling the store to get a refund because the app used the wrong address even though I put in the right address and when I called they answered and it put a loud ringing noise through and then when I called again my number was blocked and then my bf called and they did the same thing to them it’s unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable I wish I knew a way to contact corporate but according to Reddit corporate does not care to even solve the issues and always redirects you to the store. please do not order here. I have no reason to lie or be hurtful to these people I’m a normal person who just ordered at the wrong place and wanted a refund because I can’t drive 1 hour away to pick up the food

I ordered the 6 inch hot honey pepperoni sandwich. I wanted pepper jack cheese, lettuce, jalapeno,with mayo on the bread and of course the honey sauce. They gave me very hard bread, the pepperoni was hard and disgusting. There was lettuce, spinach, pickles, onions, black olives and there was so much hot honey sauce that the paper it was wrapped in was soggy. Plus they overcharged me. I will never go back to that Subway and I am making sure I'm telling all my friends to avoid that Subway.
Just your typical Subway
I am very disappointed in Subway. The manager was not polite and the app charged my card but couldn't find my order. The manager also yelled at me across the room when I was leaving. I'm not trying to be in an altercation but I didn't know how to prove my order to this woman is being unprofessional to me. Instead of helping me she just yelled me. I really wished she hadn't yelled me in front of everyone

It's inside a convenience store and everything I've seen so far is really clean... my sandwich is made as requested... the vegetables are very fresh the bread is as always Subway quality... the staff is really nice.. I visited this establishment several times and the quality has remained the same...

The first time I came to the store I was So excited to place my buy one, get 1/2 off online. The health Inspector was there so no one was really being attentive to how I wanted my sandwich to be fixed. Ok, so I've worked in the restaurant business for a while so I understand how it is when the health inspectors come and I know you still should be attentive to your customers but I'll let that slide because I understood. The second time I decided to come into your store I ordered online but I like to still come in and watch my sandwich be made so I can tell them exactly how I want it. The young lady seemed very annoyed that I was telling her how I wanted it. I still sucked it up and try not to react to her attitude. Against my better judgment today I return to your store for the third time. I proceeded to order my sandwiches online again. I thought today will be different because it 2 different young ladies first of all they did have Italian urban cheese bread so I settled for the wheat bread I tried to let them know how I wanted it on one of the sandwiches they didn't put my ex meat on it then when I tried to tell them they gave me AttitudeI asked for extra sauce on one of the sandwiches. The young lady squeezed so much sauce on the sandwich. Then laugh about it. The sandwich was so nasty and sloppy. I had to ask for extra paper so when I got home, I can wrap the sandwiches again for my lunch tomorrow. I Usually don't do reviews but after 3 times I've given you guys a chance I think it's time for me to find another Subway. I really had a lot of confidence in this store it is close to my home we just bought a home and moved in this area. I thought great it would convenient but I rather spin my money somewhere else. Where people are gonna be attentive and do what I need them to do.
