The first time I came to the store I was So excited to place my buy one, get 1/2 off online. The health Inspector was there so no one was really being attentive to how I wanted my sandwich to be fixed. Ok, so I've worked in the restaurant business for a while so I understand how it is when the health inspectors come and I know you still should be attentive to your customers but I'll let that slide because I understood. The second time I decided to come into your store I ordered online but I like to still come in and watch my sandwich be made so I can tell them exactly how I want it. The young lady seemed very annoyed that I was telling her how I wanted it. I still sucked it up and try not to react to her attitude. Against my better judgment today I return to your store for the third time. I proceeded to order my sandwiches online again. I thought today will be different because it 2 different young ladies first of all they did have Italian urban cheese bread so I settled for the wheat bread I tried to let them know how I wanted it on one of the sandwiches they didn't put my ex meat on it then when I tried to tell them they gave me AttitudeI asked for extra sauce on one of the sandwiches. The young lady squeezed so much sauce on the sandwich. Then laugh about it. The sandwich was so nasty and sloppy. I had to ask for extra paper so when I got home, I can wrap the sandwiches again for my lunch tomorrow. I Usually don't do reviews but after 3 times I've given you guys a chance I think it's time for me to find another Subway. I really had a lot of confidence in this store it is close to my home we just bought a home and moved in this area. I thought great it would convenient but I rather spin my money somewhere else. Where people are gonna be attentive and do what I need them to do.

First off don't assume I don’t speak or understand Spanish. Just because I order in English does not mean I don’t understand that the chatty lil girls behind the counter are having personal conversations. ?I get home with my 2 sandwiches finding out that the chatty girls can’t make a sandwich and talk at the same time - maybe putting their personal conversation above customer service and trying to rush thru each order. This is the second time I’ve gone here. Wont be a third time.

Trigger warning, my father bought my family subway: meatball marinara + the steak and cheese since there was nothing to eat at home.November 1st, I ate half of the 12inch meatball marinara and I was fine until about an hour later I felt nauseous because something was off. Threw the sandwiches away beforehand. 4pm ALL the way to 2am I vomited and had diarrhea 5+ times throughout the day; my stomach was in excruciating pain I was in tears and told my father I didn’t need to go to the hospital on his request. 10/10 pain felt like someone was punching the middle of my chest I was literally scrunching. It’s hard to read but this is what I experienced. I will never eat a subway sandwich ever again. I didn’t even question their practices since I never had this happen to me before.

This subway is terrible, check your receipts they over charge you. I didn’t notice until after I left the store and had to return to the store and then when you inquire why the overage they brush you off saying those are the prices. Don’t go to the subway on 11602 cutten road.

Usually very busy as its inside of a gas station. Only 2 people work the service line at a time so expect a respectable wait time if you go in at lunch hour.
