Misleading promotion. They have buy 1 get 1 50% off foot long. The lady didn't tell me if I order 1 more meat (which i paid extra for) I will not get this promotion until everything is made. Won't be returning for a second time. They also lock the restroom door so you cannot use it.

Horrible service. The sandwich was poorly made, and the staff’s communication was terrible. I arrived around 3:30 pm today and the experience was extremely disappointing. First and last time coming here.

This was easily the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The lady making the sandwiches was extremely rude and didn’t understand English making the ordering experience very difficult. Needless to say I will not be returning and I don’t recommend anyone visit this location

I went to this subway at 8:35pm to get food for me & my family.. They close at 9pm. The door was locked & the women inside was cleaning the floors. I asked her to open the door & she said they were closed. I told her through the glass they are supposed to be open until 9pm & pointer the sign at the door stating the hours which say 10am-9pm. She just replied “we are closed” It’s very obviously this employee wanted to leave early & was closing down at a time they should still be open. This is not a way to run a business & they lost a customer today.

I went to this place close to the closing time and the attendant there refused me service telling me there are too many breads which was the weirdest response I was expecting for refusing service. The server had a language problem and could not communicate in simple English
Coupon machine did not work...no ice...only one cheese ..only one person behind counter....drink machine not working....crew could barely speak English

Visited today to order 3 footlongs for my family. The lady working the counter was an absolute joke. Rude and clueless. How can you be rude when you don’t even speak English ??? Rolled her eyes at me and did a smirk because she wasn’t understanding what type of bread I wanted. I let that go after I asked her if she’s okay. Then I tell her I wanted the 5 meat Italian… she then proceeds to ask me what type of meats I want like it’s not already described on the menu ?? She was rude, clueless, and laughed in my face. I didn’t even want her touching my food. Let her know she doesn’t know how to do her job let alone speak basic English. You work at a chain restaurant and don’t even know basic menu items or how to speak to guests. Unacceptable.. I can see why this location has absolutely no business.

Claudia was great! She greeted me even while taking care of another customer. She kept a smile the whole time. She was actively listening and made sure to ask if what she put was enough every time! Great customer service!
