Always clean. Always friendly. This is my favorite Subway. The two Cuban ladies are incredible. They make the food with love every time. And they NEVER skimp on produce. Amazing. Love you guys.

Me personally I don’t like Subway, I only came here cause my son been asking for it so I went here to get him a sandwich for his school lunch. The sandwich was more bread than anything. I thought I ordered the fresh fit for kids meal, but I don’t think the cashier comprehended me plus she was very dismissive and since I don’t eat at Subway I didn’t check her, idk maybe you have to have your kid with you to order that meal, but either way the sandwich had two pieces of meat two tomatoes and I didn’t get an apple sauce or a apple juice with the sandwich. Differently will find another Subway to go to if my son asks again.

They close at 9, but apparently the employees close at 8:40, young woman was mopping, I asked if they were open because they had put the caution sign right in front of the door, blocking it from opening, she responded with we are closing. But you close at 9 and your open sign is still on. Please avoid this place.

This place is awful. I placed a pickup order from the app and arrived at the exact pickup time. My app even showed that the food is ready.
When I walked in, I found out that not only was my food NOT ready, the employees (or sandwich "artists" lmfao) haven't even started cooking, because they didn't have the type of bread I ordered. Then why didn't you call me? My phone number is listed on my profile in the app. Or give me some kind of warning/notification on the app? Or email me? OR AT LEAST DON'T SAY IT'S READY WHEN IT'S NOT?
Then the "sandwich artists" (ugh) proceed to serve 4 customers in line before getting to my sandwiches, despite my arriving on time for my pickup order. I waited more than 20 extra minutes to get my order that was supposedly ready at the specified pickup time.
By the way, the employees at this location cannot understand simple questions such as "can you please cut it in half for me?" Or even, "so my order is not ready yet?" So good luck communicating with them.
Oh and they forgot my cookie until I asked.
Needless to say, I will never return here.

The moment I walked in the door the room was full of the overwhelming reek of paint, the lettuce was brown, they said they no longer carry black olives which was really disappointing. At checkout I was for a large fountain drink was was told it was not working and I was made to buy a bottle drink. I also bought chocolate chip cookies that were nearly ice cold also absolutely disappointing. When I went to eat my sandwich the bun was very hard. After this I was not even able to eat my meal. This whole experience was terrible.

The servers are rudein general. Today, 10 March 2024, there was one lady there. She was so slow making an order for a pickup. When she finally got to me, she tried to rush me, which falls into the general rudeness that I mentioned earlier. Not only that, I asked her for the price, she didn't know (lack of product knowledge), so I asked her to check the price in the computer. She said she couldn't because the camera is watching. Okay, well, the process for breakfast items used to be listed or posted, but since they are not, I want to make sure I'm not over charged. She guessed that a footlong would be around 9 dollars plus tax, but she wasn't sure. I wanted to know, as I said to her, so that I could choose six inch or footlong. I choose 6 inch, like I normally do. So she made it and kept confusing what I wanted. I wanted an egg sandwich for breakfast. They offer egg, egg with turkey or egg with beef. She kept on insisting on the egg with beef. I said okay because it's always the same price with or without meat. She decided to ring it up as a steak sandwich with added egg and charged me over 8 dollars. Now she turned the computer screen around for me to see it. That's how I know she rang it up incorrectly. I tried explaining it to her in English and in Spanish. Earlier she questioned where my Spanish is from. It's from my mom, like other Hispanic people (or their dad, of course). Anyway, she ran it up incorrectly and that's why they need to have it posted. I understand that everyone won't speak the same language all over the world, that's why a posting of items offered in a restaurant or similar purchasing environment is vital because now Subway (that location) has lost a great & regular customer.I left the food there, I blessed her for a great day, and I left and went to Whataburger on the same parking lot!!!Thank you Whataburger for your niceness!!Maybe Subway will return to posting all of their items as well as requiring staff to speak enough English to work alone in the restaurant.GO TO WHATABURGER.

Sadly, this Subway is inconsistent. Great location, but not uncommon to get order wrong. Recently did an online order of 3 sandwiches and every single one was wrong, and they were not complicated. Plus I ordered online for 45 minutes later and had to wait 10 min to get food. I do not recommend ordering online here, order in the store if you must.
