I went to this place close to the closing time and the attendant there refused me service telling me there are too many breads which was the weirdest response I was expecting for refusing service. The server had a language problem and could not communicate in simple English

Visited today to order 3 footlongs for my family. The lady working the counter was an absolute joke. Rude and clueless. How can you be rude when you don’t even speak English ??? Rolled her eyes at me and did a smirk because she wasn’t understanding what type of bread I wanted.
I let that go after I asked her if she’s okay.
Then I tell her I wanted the 5 meat Italian… she then proceeds to ask me what type of meats I want like it’s not already described on the menu ?? She was rude, clueless, and laughed in my face. I didn’t even want her touching my food.
Let her know she doesn’t know how to do her job let alone speak basic English. You work at a chain restaurant and don’t even know basic menu items or how to speak to guests. Unacceptable.. I can see why this location has absolutely no business.

Claudia was great! She greeted me even while taking care of another customer. She kept a smile the whole time. She was actively listening and made sure to ask if what she put was enough every time! Great customer service!

I went back today and the girl was clueless. First visit was fine.
This time I tried to get the 5.99 foot long Italian and she said not on the special. I point at the special sign which says that and cold cut combo and the others and she does not understand. She does not speak English and does not know the names of the stuff on the menu or the current promotions they are having. I did not want to argue with her and just left. She tried to call her manager over and she just ignored her. Manager watched me just walk out. This location will not last, sure it has a great spot but you are rolling the dice going here. Too many other options around to risk a bad experience with people that are clueless and should not be working in the US.

Still giving 5 stars on the food because the one time I ate there the food was good.

Everything was fantastic. Place was clean and the girl did make a mistake but she was still nice and cute!

There is always attitude when I ask to warm up my chicken first or ask for extra toasting? This is ridiculous a still an on going situation! This is the last time I will come here!!. None of the ladies there are friendly. Especially this one!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Placed a mobile order, bread not toasted, cookies burnt to hell, no fountain drinks (I paid to upgrade to a large Unsweet tea and they just offered me a little tiny prepackage bottle sweet tea and thats it) and apparently this has been ongoing for a year or more according to other reviews. Just absolutely awful. am not even sure I can trust my food was stored and handled properly for safe eating either after reading other reviews...will NEVER go back

The workers don’t speak English and the drink machine is not working. When you order a meal, they charge you extra to get a bottled drink even though the fountain drink is not an option.

The lady taking our order did NOT know or understand their menu. We ordered a combo for Sunday and when we were charged for a regular sandwich and told her she got upset and actually started yelling at us in the store that there is no combo on their menu. We were so confused and she was mostly speaking in Spanish so we could barely understand her. HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced. Will never return and when trying to call the store to speak with the manager the phone number is not in service?! Incredibly disappointed in this subway and I go quite often.

Visited a week ago and the fountain machine wasn't working. Went again today and it's still not fully functioning and none of the fruit juices were available. There was only one working behind the counter and she was on the phone taking a personal call the entire time. And once I did start to eat my sandwich, the bread didn't taste good; it was either old or poorly-made. I wouldn't recommend this Subway. Poor service and poor food.
